Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Fairly easy to assemble. Pretty sturdy. The mattress isnāt A perfect fit, we have to put something at the foot of the bed (pillows) cuz bed is longer than standard mattress. Love that itās low to the ground and he can easily get in and out.

Installed lights on the main bar. Added a full futon for the bed. The bed is well made and sturdy. Great idea for a bed.

Love this bed frame! Perfect for my 8 month old. There are small cracks in between the mattress and the bed frame so I bought something to cover the sides a little bed. Other than that itās perfect and just as described in the ad! Super easy to put together!

Easy to put together, super cute and sturdy. Transitioning our toddler into this bed has been great! Enough room for her (2years old) and her father (6ft) or myself (5ā7) to lay with her without feeling tight! Highly recommended!

Our mattress doesnāt fit in this floor bed frame. There are huge gaps that my daughter falls into. But it does look nice
