xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Pretty easy to put together. 4 stars instead of 5 due to the rivets and hinges of the door are low quality. But other than that it’s great.

I would love to give this 5 stars, but two of the long boards that go on top were warped. Seeing as how this is easily $100 more than other similar looking beds on Amazon, I’m a bit disappointed. Aside from that, everything else is fine. They provided actual wooden screws (better quality). My daughter loves her new big girl bed-we used a 2” bunkie board as a box spring and a 6” mattress. It sits in just fine and leaves plenty of room on the sides.

This bed house was pretty easy to put together, my daughter and I did it in about a half hour. The only thing I didn't like was that one of the poles has a big dent.

Fairly easy to put together and looks very cute in her room. The swinging door is a little hard for my toddler to get open, but that’s because she is younger. I would recommend getting padding for the metal of your child likes to throw themselves around.

Bed is very sturdy and beautiful in my daughter's room. I didn't read the entire title of the product it was such a wordy title. I assumed it was wood it is not. I now need to buy protectors for the corners. My toddler also likes to try to slam the gate or climb the bed if the gate is closed so I have had to tie that open. Overall, I really like the durability and look of this bed. It should last for a long time.
