xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

I would love to give this 5 stars, but two of the long boards that go on top were warped. Seeing as how this is easily $100 more than other similar looking beds on Amazon, I’m a bit disappointed. Aside from that, everything else is fine. They provided actual wooden screws (better quality). My daughter loves her new big girl bed-we used a 2” bunkie board as a box spring and a 6” mattress. It sits in just fine and leaves plenty of room on the sides.

Absolutely LOVE this bed! Our special needs daughter is 7 and was denied a safe sleep bed through insurance. I needed a safe option and combining this floor bed with a bed tent has allowed our daughter to sleep safely, be able to get in and out of bed herself and have independence! Great quality!

I appreciate the durability of the frame. However, I wish there was a floor piece to prevent the mattress from sitting on the floor. The only real concern I had was the door. There’s no stopper between the door and the bed frame, which means it opens all the way to the bed frame. My toddler got her finger stuck and jammed while the door was open all the way. Since it’s made of metal, it’s dangerous for small children to play without supervision. We removed the door from the bed frame the very first day. It works well without the door.

Bought this bed for my one year old grandson. Overall, very pleased with it. Easy to assemble, and looks adorable! My only complaint is I have NO CLUE why it would have a gate!? Just a mattress sticks up above the top of the gate. Wish they recommended a skinny, good side support mattress pad type thing that would allow it to be used more like a crib side (I know, it wouldn’t be near as high, but at least somewhat usable!)

I love it! It’s so cute. My husband built it, it took him like 45 minutes and that’s because he kept getting distracted- so really, it would’ve taken him around 15-20 minutes. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The frame is very sturdy! The size is exactly as described and more than enough for my 11 month old! It has made the transition of her sleeping in her own room a lot easier! I bought an 8 inch mattress here on Amazon- memory foam and medium firm if you’re wondering about the mattress. I love this so bed frame so much!

Not safe for toddlers. Well made, good value. Even with adding protective padding, babies and toddlers can easily injure/flip themselves trying to climb in and out of it. Appropriate for ages 4 and up.

We bought this for my almost 2 year old when she turned 1 and it has been such a great transition from her crib. We knew we wanted to go straight into a twin size bed instead of a toddler bed and we dont regret it at all. The bed is super sturdy and great quality material. It was easy to put together, maybe took 30 minutes. I love the house design of it, I will eventually add lights or curtains to make it even cuter! I thought it was such a good price when comparing to other similar products.

I'll cut to the chase: this is a really sturdy, quality bed for the price. Super happy with our purchase for our toddlers new room.Assembly didn't take long. All the pieces were straight and fit together as intended. Paint in good shape, no chips or sratches. Bought a twin mattress in a box also from Amazon and it fit perfectly. Our toddler loves her big girl bed.The ONLY downside to this bed is if you or your child accidentally knock your shin, head, or whatever body part on this bed frame, it HURTS. Not the manufacturers fault, obviously. It's metal. Metal beats shin. Just something to keep in mind.Overall, still 5 stars. Would recommend.

I love how cute this bed is and it was not terribly difficult to put on. I will give it 5 stars because it’s not their fault I didn’t read that it was metal. Just seems a bit unsafe for a toddler as they can hit their heads on the hard metal edges.

Bed is very sturdy and beautiful in my daughter's room. I didn't read the entire title of the product it was such a wordy title. I assumed it was wood it is not. I now need to buy protectors for the corners. My toddler also likes to try to slam the gate or climb the bed if the gate is closed so I have had to tie that open. Overall, I really like the durability and look of this bed. It should last for a long time.
