Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping

We absolutely love this bed for our toddler! The walls are high enough where he can’t climb out of it and get hurt. The material is very sturdy and durable. 100% recommend if transitioning to floor bed

Looks good, easy to put together, and the bed fits perfect. my son absolutely loved this bed! It has room for him to grow into it no risk of falling, and he feels safe sleeping in it.

My son is just not a crib baby and he’s getting too big to cosleep. He took his first nap in here and woke up so rested and comfortable Assembly was pretty easy! It is great perfect for a transition from crib to big kid bed! Very happy with this!

Bought the queen size, black fence. Box was big and heavy. Needed two people to get it inside. I had to open the box and carry a few pieces at a time up a couple flight of stairs. Assembly instructions and pictures were clear. I ran into a bit of trouble connecting the 62-inch pieces together. One side would not slide in properly. I had to use a hammer to jostle it into place. A couple of light taps to the end fixed my main issue. Once both the 62-inch sides were assembled, the rest was a breeze. I chose to use a 4-inch high bed frame, so the fence is not as tall as I wanted. However, my toddler has not tried to climb out yet, nor has he fallen out of bed. You may need fence padding on top if you have a more rambunctious toddler. The connecting area (62-inch sides) could snag or scratch the skin, so I ended up covering it. I would recommend the white or pink fences, as the black kind of looks like a jail. The white queen version wasn't available when I bought the black one. I am not about to go through the hassle to return, so I'll make due with my toddler jail bed.
