xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

I really like this bunk set for my boys just a few things to point out.. the bottom bed sits on the floor.. so I recommend a box spring to get it off the floor. Also the house portion the bar across the bed is a little flimsy but isn’t going anywhere! Over all a good product

This was easy to put together, and is a great bed for my kids. They love it!

Building this was very straightforward. It looks really nice and is just what I wanted. My only con is the boards at the top to prevent your child from rolling off are a bit flimsy, but seeing as my children aren’t very big I don’t think that will be an issue.

not many reviews on this product so i took a chance and it passed! set up time was 2-3hr. make sure to put a little GREEN loctite on the end of the threads on every bolt because these types of bolts and threaded inserts can loosen over time with movement. once built it is very sturdy, wood is coated in a thicker coat of some sort if polly urethane. no smell. just a piece or too had a little bit of some of the wood splintering along the edge. one edge caught a small piece in my finger upon unboxing one of the longer pieces that is used for the top of the bunkbed. this piece was covered up by the mattress so no kids could have ever gotten a splinter. otherwise no need to complain no product in the world is absolutely perfect! this bunk bed absolutly passes my inspections. all the pre-drilled bolt holes in the wood, line up with the bolts and threaded inserts that you have to install. as well as dowels to help line up the pieces of wood. the frame fits a REGULAR TWIN SIZE MATESS. recommend getting a 6" thick mattress for the top bunk bed so there is more railing being exposed so kids don't fall out. would recommend!

This bunk bed definitely takes 2-3 people to put together but it is so cute when finished. My daughters absolutely love it. They love to make forts out of their beds now because it’s so easy to do so.

Assembly was easy and straightforward. The kit comes with the necessary tools and hardware. I found that the materials are good quality, the wood is solid and the overall structure holds up well. I recommend this bunk bed as a good purchase for the price.
