xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

I love this bed and so is my 2,5 year old. It is fun and safe and the 8 inch foam mattress from Costco fit perfectly.I did the assembly by myself, Dont recommend it.. you need 2 people and instead of the allen wrench that comes with it, recommend using the socket wrench instead and get 2 so one person can put a side at the same time, would save you ton of time, and hand pain.Overall, we are happy with how it turned out!

We bought this for our 15 month old daughter who was escaping the crib. She loves it, and we just put her recliner in front of the doorway so she can’t escape in the middle of the night. It took my husband and I about 2 hours (with a lot of fighting).

Husband only took about three hours to put it together. It is just like it looks on the picture. Very happy with it.

Super cute bed!Didn’t put the little fence panels on yet because it’s gonna be a lot of work and haven’t had the time but otherwise love the bed, it isn’t super super sturdy but sturdy enough for my toddler.

Let me start by saying this. The bed is so pretty and that’s why I bought it. Looks just like picture. However, the building process was ridiculous. I put together furniture all the time and for years. I have put together ikea furniture so much that I actually love doing it. Pretty easy in my opinion. I do rely heavily on the pictures and parts being labeled correctly. I’ve assembled many beds and entertainments centers and dressers in less time that’s it took for me to do this. The issue was the instructions. It seems as if the instruction booklet was made for a similar bed not the exact one. Pieces were labeled one way in the book and the matching letter of equipment didn’t look like the pic. I pretty much had to freestyle and use the instructions as a rough guid here and there. The fence part of the bed didn’t line up properly. Wasn’t an even amount of space towards ends and I used the block for spacing. Overall nice bed still love it but such a hassle if you don’t assemble furniture very often. Maybe go with a seller with reviews that say instructions matched

Our daughter was getting too big for her crib so we decided to get her a bed. At first I thought this wouldnt be a great but because it would be too easy for her to get in and out of and would also be too big, but the wife wanted it because it was pretty.I had to do my typical I'm wrong and you're right statement to my wife. The bed is perfect for all of her stuffed animals and she knocks out quick with an 8" memory foam mattress with medium firmness.
