xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Very happy with this bunkbed! Sturdy, smooth wood (no splinters), and easy assembly. My only small complaint is the wood is more 'yellow' than I was expecting from the listing pictures. Otherwise a fantastic and adorable bed!

Super pleased with this bed. It’s low profile, but still offers some airflow on the bottom bunk. This was important to us to keep dust mites to a minimum. It’s no larger than the foot print of a normal twin bed. It’s well built, no weird smells. Didn’t take too long to assemble either. Two thumbs up.

Such a great bunk bed for younger kids. This checked off all the boxes for us. There is plenty of headspace on the bottom for me (5’7”) to sit upright. The top bunk isn’t too high for my nerves and rambunctious 3yo. Again I am 5’7” and the top railing hits shoulder height. The color is beautiful (we got the natural wood one) and it’s coated. (Not raw wood like the Ikea ones). The ramp is fully removable and I thought it would be the highlight but my 8yo and I found it awkward to use. The 3yo though definitely benefited from it. The top bunk has a 250lb weight limit and definitely feels sturdy when I climb up there. It was so easy to put together, I was able to do it alone but if you aren’t handy have someone to help hold the pieces. And you will need a power screwdriver for the screws that hold the slats in. That is my only complaint, there is a 2in space on the ends where the slats end and the head/footboard is. Apparently one of our mattresses shrunk or was never as long as the other, and left a large gap. Which was remedied by swapping mattresses but just be aware that if your mattress it a little short, a little leg or arm can definitely fall all the way through.

The convertible design was one of the main reasons I chose this bed. Being able to use it as a bunk bed now and two separate twin beds later is really convenient.

The pine wood construction also gives the bed a nice natural feel. It ended up looking better in the room than I expected.
