Minor damage

We loved the bedset still working on the steps but did notice some minor damage putting it together, however putting it together has not been a breeze. 4 hours in and the steps still need assembled, with two adults!

Save your money and buy something thatll last longer

We bought this about a year ago and it is already falling apart. Love the design but made very poorly.

Solid

I was worried about buying a bunk bed online, but this piece is solid. Assembly was fine, I was able to do it alone. I was slow, made a mistake, fixed it, so took about a day in total. The kids like it. Im not a huge of the bottom bunk, but only because Im a rather big adult. A+

It's ok for an inexpensive bed

Kid loves the slide. Bed came without a lot of parts. Manufacturer was awesome and replaced the parts. The slat boards are unfinished and kid on lower bunk got splinters from the unfinished wood and her hair catches in the unfinished wood. So we are putting a bed sheet under the slats on the top bunk to prevent more issues. Bunk railing it very short for my comfort level. If you put a regular single/twin mattress on it there is only about 1 inch of rail left. So we added a bed rail that goes under her mattress and extends up 4 more inches so she is safe. For the price its ok. Im sure in a few years she will want a teen bed, so it will due.

Can have play area underneath

My son loves this bunk bed! Hes almost 4.We ended up removing the rails and cross bar so that my son can have a play area/fort underneath until his little brother is ready for a big boy bed too. Still super sturdy even without that part installed. My husband had a rough time with the stairs portion of the install. The directions were wrong for the railing so that took quite a while.

Good Customer Service; Short Screws

They were able to correct the shipping address so it didn't get returned. However, some of the screws they sent were too short to hold parts in place. And the little wrench they sent broke.

Great bunk bed

What a fun bunk bed! With two people it took about 5 hours to put together. The instructions werent extremely clear in certain places, but we figured it out. I would recommend having a back up Allen wrench because the one sent in the hardware box wore out before we could finish. It is larger than I thought it would be. Very sturdy

Product is defective and they will not accept a return

I purchased this product for my grandchildren for Christmas. Product looks solid and well made, however, Part D, which is one of the legs was put in the jig incorrectly and was cut upside down. The product not able to be assembled. After over a month they finally refunded the product

Its a good height for toddler

To assemble the bed took around 4 to 5 hours the directions were pretty clear. The bed is a nice height for a toddler, but I wish the side railing was a little taller but overall its a pretty good bunkbed for the price youre getting it at. it does have a little bit of chipped paint on the stairs but not to bad. If you have hyper toddlers, I would put anti-slip tape on the stairs because they can get slippery with socks on and hurt themselves.

Fantastic Bunkbed!

Looks great and incredibly sturdy! Have had for 6 weeks now and both kids love it. The built in storage on the steps now has all their favorite toys. The instructions are easy to follow but its definitely a sizable project.

Pretty Good Buy

Pretty solid bunk bed overall. Does take one person a good 4-6 hrs to build with little ones interrupting and such. Few gripes are I wish the slide was removable and could be swapped with a rail there for times when it's not needed. And would like it if the bottom (also the largest one) "storage bin" was a functional one. No it's not functional, merely for stability of the stairs and no flap usability for open and close.

Best Bunk Beds Ever

This arrived in 3 separate boxes and was very well packaged. Once you get everything unboxed it feels a little overwhelming with so many pieces, but assembly is a breeze. The directions are only pictures and are super easy to follow. With the exception of the little wooden pegs, you only open one type of screw at a time so there's no mixing things up. It also came with 2 sets of directions which came in handy to make sure we had the right pieces or for the two of us to both see the directions while assembling.Once assembled, it is light enough to move with 2 people but heavy enough that it hasnt budged in the two weeks my kids have had it. This beast is STURDY! There is no wiggle or wobble to it. My 2 and 4 year old kids play on it every single day and love it. It is a great value for the price (even with the shipping costs). I would recommend this to anyone considering bunks!

Product naming

This is a nice bunk bed and at a great price. I do see why people say it's hard to put together though. The pieces come with stickers on them labeling what is what. It's easy to follow the instructions as long sd you know what is what. Thank good for pictures in the instructions! Lol about half of the pieces didn't have their stickers on them so I had to determine what is what, not hard to do but more time consuming. So my suggestion to the seller is to burn or engrave the labeling on the end of each piece, so it's not seen on the actual product, to ensure we know what is what and can save time while putting this product together. Thank you!!

Sturdy, good quality for the price

Nice, sturdy bunkbed. At this price point, I was worried the quality would be low, but the parts feel solid.Assembly was pretty straightforward, but takes a while. It took us about five hours with two people working together. The assembly manual is pretty good, but you have to be a bit careful; there are a lot of parts that are easy to flip around by mistake. There are also a few steps where the screw holes aren't predrilled and you make your own hole with self-drilling screws. We stripped a couple of screw holes in the process of trying to do so. You may want to drill your own small pilot hole for these steps to avoid this. Now that it's assembled, the kids absolutely love it. The slide is a blast. Very happy with this purchase.

Sturdy but a lot of work

Its a lot of pieces but once its put together it feels sturdy. The rules should be a little more clear about how to build the steps because I put the base on backwards and the screws seemed a little stripped when making the door hinge magnet. Overall its good enough for our little ones.
