Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping

Unfortunately, I expected a better quality material from this company. 1st, the four corner tubes are way thinner than shown on picture, about one inch thinner in diameter. 2nd, all joints are tack welded instead of fully welded. These things will reduce structural integrity. Overall, it’s not too bad.

Love this bunk bed. They are super spacious, both my sons are getting older and this bed is incredible. Super durable. Even though the are bigger the frame is not bulky. Best decision ever

I bought this bed because it would arrive in the timeline I needed it. There were other beds I liked a lot more but those were going to take forever. After receiving it, super easy to assemble- got it done with the help of my 10yr old daughter in a little more than an hour. My kids are super tall, needed more leg room and the bars around the mattresses make these have extra room. We bought a space filler/mattress extension for both top and bottom bunk which work great & give my kids the room they need. Happier than expected!

This is a nice bed frame. All the parts and instructions arrived safely, even though it was shipped to Alaska. Be aware that it needs two people to erect.
