xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping

I am so disappointed with the lack of sturdiness. It didn't even holdup during shipping. I was not impressed with the packaging of the product either. The bench looks beautiful, but the build quality appears lacking....UPDATE:While I was disappointed that the product was damaged during shipment, I am absolutely impressed with the Seller. They contacted me literally within minutes after I reported the damage. They went beyond to make sure that we are happy customers. I would not hesitate to buy again from them! Thank you Amazon, for finding and promoting such great Sellers.

Bench arrived with multiple nicks, imperfections and unevenly painted. It was an absolute nightmare to assemble. The screws that it came with failed and I had to find my own. The rattan (plastic) draws did not fit well and I spent a couple of hours just fixing the faulty hardware. I have put together many pieces of furniture over the years and never have I been so frustrated with the instruction manual or low quality of the materials given. The finished product LOOKS decent enough but it doesn’t seem like it is going to last through the end of the year. If I could send it back, I would. Would not recommend.

Very sturdy, came in one piece, (my husband thanks you) seems to be solid and looks great in my living room. I wanted something to keep my puppy's leash and treats out of sight this fits the bill.

I received a damaged unit. The packaging just didn't hold up to shipping abuse. The seller responded promptly and sent the replacement, which arrived in perfect condition and is a beautiful addition to our room.I would absolutely buy from this seller again.
