xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

My roommate and I love these bunk beds. It’s not the easiest to assemble but is comfortable, worth the money and quiet. If you don’t like to be hot while sleeping, take the top bunk or buy a fan.

I’m super impressed with this product when it came I did find that I was missing some screws but customer service was so easy to work with. They sent me the part less than five days from my notification. I would absolutely buy this again if I needed to for another room, it was easy to put together. The instructions were clear beautiful bed.

I give this product four stars because, while it is very sturdy, I don't know if it's because screws are missing but when on the top bunk it wobbles and squeaks every chance it gets when you move even the tiniest bit. Now im not saying it wasn't worth it im just saying this is what's happening to me.!

Fast shipping easy to assemble

Started off rocky with package received damaged and missing parts, hardware and instructions. Contacted them and they emailed me the instructions so I could let them know what was missing. Sent them an itemized list of what was missing and they sent me a whole new bed and let me keep the original shipment. Put together the bed and the great grandkids love it! You will need two people and a few hours but it turned out great.

Pretty easy to put together, took about 1.5 hours. Instructions were clear enough, and quality is good for the price. We’ve had for about 6 months and no complaints. We also have very rambunctious kids that climb, jump, and bounce on things so metal was the way to go. I honestly don’t even think we’ve heard it squeak or anything and if it does I haven’t noticed. We’ve had that issue with beds previously. It’s also low to the ground which is great because it’s bunk beds and someone will inevitably fall off at some point.

It's really heavy and good quality. You can also screw it on your wall to ensure it doesn't move that much whenever you climb on it.

The seller did an excellent job packing each piece down to each package of screws needed to assemble the bunk beds. As you can see I ordered two bunk beds. The seller was attentive and made sure I intended on ordering two bunkbeds. The product is well made! Very sturdy and instructions are easy to follow.The product is heavy! We unpacked it outside and brought each piece into the house. It helps to look at each piece and sort them down you can easily find and account for them. The bolts are packaged well and exact number is sent, so no wondering if you forgot a bolt! Mahalo!We recommend this! Our grandchildren 3yrs, 5 Yrs and 8yrs enjoyed helping us put this together.

It came together quickly. I would say however that the quality is a little unstable. Not bad for kids or smaller guests. As you climb the later is wabbles a bit. So know that you have to affix it to the wall for real stability (which makes making the bed difficult). That said for this price a true winner! And it is light weight and easy to move around. We got it for an Airbnb and it it working great!

I was really nervous about buying it, I’ve been looking around for over a year for the right one and although it was rough at first to set it up we got through it quickly this bunk bed is for my two teens one is 220lbs and the other one is 140lbs and haven’t had any issues with it I definitely recommend this!!!

This wasn’t as easy to put together as others have mentioned. It took two people two hours to complete the assembly. It does seem very sturdy and well made.

Put together today, two people doing the assembly and it took 2.5 hours. It seems to be good, I’m still waiting on a mattress, and my grandkids haven’t been on it yet, but it seems decently sturdy. I purchased a double over double size., shipping was supposed to take eight days and I got it in five from CA to PA.

So far so good. i would say the step process has to be revisited. I was not impressed with how many dents and scratches some pieces came with. For the price it should come in perfect condition.

We were missing 1 bar and after contacting support team they mailed us the missing part. Bed is overall sturdy. My husband had no issues building it. Queen/twin Xl

It was fairly straightforward to put together. I used my mini impact with a 5mm Allen bit to assemble with no issues. All parts were clearly labeled and it's pretty sturdy when fully assembled. Top is nice to use for storage.
