xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

I’m pretty seasoned when it comes to having to build furniture. This product came on time. All the pieces was there and came with instructions(they’re somewhat easy to follow until you put the poles in that lie under the mattress together. This bed is very very heavy. One of the poles you’re suppose to tighten the screw in was stripped so the screw didn’t want to stay. Must be lined up perfectly for screws to fit and ungodly heavy so it’s best to have a second set of hands. Very sturdy though.

I bought these bunk bed maybe a month before Christmas so we just now putting them up they are sturdy. I just would use a bunk bed mattress with them because I put a regular twin mattress and it was a little high up but other than that I have nothing negative to say.

My kids loves it - 2 kids can fit each bed - metal slide is really good. This double decker bed is a real deal. Great quality strong metal. Sturdy and no squeaking. I love this product non cheap double decker bd 100% satisfied

I put this together myself, and it is amazing. No squeaks at all. It is PERFECT for my 6 year old!

We bought this and it is perfect! The sturdiness it doesn’t move or anything, the slide is metal which is super cool because we bought a different bed and it broke this one is more legit! The height is perfect for toddlers! They both have twin mattresses I’m not sure if it needs a full because it doesn’t cover the rails on the side but other than that I still love it!
