You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. I had this in my cart for so long. Finally came time for my daughter to be in her big girl bed. I have 0 complaints. My husband did it so quickly. He is usually good at things like this he’s handy but I didn’t hear him complaining lol I really wouldn’t hesitate. It’s just perfect

This is so durable not shaky at all when leaned on or anything. It is so cute but the edges on the fences are quite sharp and a bit scary if you have a rambunctious or learning toddler. Make sure to teach your kids safety. Other then that I think this will last her a very long time and I am happy with my purchase.

We used this bed to transition our 15 mos old from crib to bed and she LOVES it. She had no problem and slept normally in it the first night! She loves the space and independence of putting herself in and out of it. Glad we made the move to a floor bed, now I can easily snuggle with her there too.

Other than having to screw in each fence piece with no pre-drilled holes, it’s pretty easy to put together. However, the roof pieces are not flush with the posts and even with the blocks to space out the fencing, it does not space out evenly. All in all, probably wouldn’t recommend purchasing.

We love this bed for our toddler! She can use this til she outgrows it. Very sturdy although the entrance could have been wider. You will also need a power drill to screw the fences to the frame. Easy to assemble though!

My husband put it together pretty quickly. The design is really cute while still offering safety for growing toddlers. We bought two and could not be happier with our choice. Especially for the price, they are incredible quality. I also ordered the wrong sizes first and customer service was amazing at contacting the courier for me to return the items. They communicated with me every step of the way.

The bed is a full but honestly because there are not edges it feels like a king- if that makes sense. Love this bed! Easy to assemble- needs two people. Looks very sturdy and my daughter loves it. Best crib transition- if ur concerned about helicopter kids that breakdance during sleeping. You can’t fall off this bed!

4 stars because there’s no slats…which has me worried about mold and stuff under the mattress.. Upgraded 18 month old from crib to floor bed since she crawled out one day. Needs two people to put together because I did it myself and it was difficult. Very pretty and fun for my daughter’s room. (I also screwed all of the fencing pieces on the inside so it was a flat surface all the way around if she rolled into it)

I am so glad I decided to go with this bed because look how cute it is! I finally decided on a house bed with the fence sides because not only is it so cute but because this bed is for my almost two year old who moves a lot when sleeping so I never have to worry about her rolling off the bed. I also love that the bed is a true white color. The standard twin size mattress fits fine but if pushed all the way up against one of the sides then there’s about a half inch gap on the other end. We also opted for a 6 inch thick mattress which is perfect. My only complaints are that some of the boards were bowed which caused the front fence boards to be uneven and on every single fence board pieces there’s a tiny sticker that almost seems impossible to get off (3rd picture). The stickers help identify the parts for the instructions so there’s a reason it’s there. Very small complaints that don’t affect my rating or use of the bed at all. Also with two of us it took about an hour and a half to put together. Instructions were easy to understand. Overall I’m very happy with the sturdiness and looks of this bed.

My daughter loves the bed! We were missing a bag if screws and ended up messaging the vendor. In the meantime we ended up buying some similar at the hardware store and the vendor did compensate us. I was very surprised that I got a response because I normally don't on Amazon. Anyways, for the price we paid it was worth it. Tip: Use a drill- it's faster Put the chimney on last and use the blocks to measure the height so that way your fence is even all the way around. IMAGE SHOWN

The bed is very nice once put together but definitely had lacking instructions. Power tools are a life saver. The wood panels (fence part) has a terrible odor.. kind of chemically smelling. I’m hoping with the fan on and after a couple days it will dissipate. Overall daughter loves her new bed.

I will say I don’t personally know how easy it was. It took my dad and stepmom about an hour to put together and my dad said he’d have been really mad if all he had was the tools it came with. He said having a power tool made it far more easy. He also needed my stepmom to hold up certain pieces while attaching things. So you will want two people. But now that it’s together it’s adorable and very sturdy.
