You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. My daughters share an attached 2 car garage we converted to a huge bedroom. As the girls get older they needed a larger bed. Full over queen is perfect. Two little girls. 41lbs & 49lbs sleep on bottom & my almost 100lb daughter sleeps on top. It took my 13 year old son & I about 2 hours to put it together. Super easy and straightforward. The ladder is painful to climb, as an adult. I’ve ordered bumpers & will see if that helps. However my daughter doesn’t seem to mind it.

Easy to put together. Woukd definitely recommend you anchoring it to the wall if someone is sleeping on top. Step hurt ypur feet not feet friendly other than that a great bed

So far so good. i would say the step process has to be revisited. I was not impressed with how many dents and scratches some pieces came with. For the price it should come in perfect condition.

Very well built and sturdy. I work with hands for a living and it's definitely a little involved. With my impact driver and a Allen key socket it took me 2hrs.

We bought this for our furnished rental. I love that it's a full size on bottom and twin on top. Can be used my adults and/or kids. Good quality, easy to set up, came with all the pieces and a great value!

This bed is more sturdy than I thought possible. I was able to put it together by myself with some time, but it is definitely possible. My 10 and 12 year old use it and we haven't had any issues with it wavering at all. I also love that the footprint is that exactly of a queen bed.

Took about 4 hours to completely put it together. The very last step got me though, I was not able to fit the final part onto the bed

Great product but we had to get on YouTube to get the assembly instructions. Other than that it is a good product for the price.

We bought this bunkbed for our six-year-old and eight-year-old. It arrived in two very large and heavy boxes that I could not lift alone. It was relatively easy assembly, but the instructions could be better. It only shows you a picture so you're just going off of a picture. I also have a bed board on the top bunk for the twin bed and it seems to raise the mattress too high where it's over the rail, so I added another rail. Good value for what you pay.

The bed came early in 2 separate delivery packages. All the parts including manual was included. It took me and my daughter 2 hours to assemble. Some of the holes were a little tight but once you add some man power, you're good to go. We a very happy with our purchase.
