The tables are pretty thinBuilding it took about 4 hours.Overhaul okay, but the parts with the wood when you screw tiny things.... where impossible when you had to screw it underneath something....
Works perfectly, gets a little squeaky but it works amazing and is very stable. The height is perfect and works amazing. The assembly was easy (My 16 year old daughter put it up by her self). It is really stable and has amazing desk capacity.
Looks good and functions perfect for our teenage boy. We got the twin XL since he's tall and he loves it. It seems sturdy and works well for our small bedrooms, giving him plenty of extra room for movement. Assembly only took about 2-3 hours which was expected. Probably could have been less but we have 4 kids and stopped and restarted a few times.
Hard to build but the bed is great !
The metal stairs kill your feet! We had to put pool noodles on them in order for our child to use the stairs. Bed is a pictured, if it was easy to take apart and send it back, I would due to the stairs. Not recommend for this reason.
One of the panels came cracked. Reached out to the company and never got a response. Bed is not very sturdy.
TLDR: very doable to build alone, contrary to other reviews. Very sturdy. It is metal so expect some noise from the slats. The ladder is pretty painful to climb and the weight limit does concern me (more below).BUILDING:Unlike others, I built this bed by myself (120lb adult female) in 5 hours and found the instructions pretty easy to follow so don't be worried about building it alone! the only difficult part was fitting the slats into the railing by myself so having a buddy is definitely helpful.CONSTRUCTION:It is very sturdy and I do not find it to move considerably when sleeping. Obviously expect some sway as that's the point of loft beds to prevent snapping and absorbing force. no noise either (discovered that the source of the creaking was something else on the desk)The ladder is the main thing that I pretty much hate about this bed. It hurts your feet to climb it, and the fact that it is not inclined but instead completely vertical makes it pretty difficult to climb up and down easily. it's worth it to invest in a step ladder IMO. They could honestly even just widen the prongs a bit to make it hurt less but oh well.WEIGHT LIMIT:Now this is not exactly the fault of the manufacturer, but the weight limit does concern me. I have slept on this bed with one other person, which means it has likely held 70lbs over the weight limit if you factor in the things under it and the mattress. It held up but i will not make this a habit as I failed to consider other weight factors previously. For one, it is advertised to hold computers and also has a substantial shelving space. this is great for saving space but depending on your PC set up, the clothes you hang, and your other desk necessities, the desk area may be holding close to 100lbs on the high end. I personally have a gaming setup and cabinets, but I have no clue how much it weighs total. the attached photo is before I added drawers and textbooks, which I am now considering removing. An average mattress may be up to 70lbs, meaning that an average person may be close to the weight limit. with that being said, having a bottom heavy loft bed does stabilize it, which leads me to my main issue. My main criticism is the way the bed is advertised. Either the manufacturer should make it more clear if the weight limit is only for the top of the bed, or if it includes everything. Safety and weight is number one priority for adults looking to have a loft bed, so please be careful when deciding what to put under it.OVERALL THOUGHTS:This bed is 100% worth it after having used it for two months. Just be mindful of the weight limit and recognize that it comes with the negatives of a metal loft bed!
My son absolutely loves his loft bed! It's really a great product; large, sturdy and provides great space with the closet, desk and shelving. I do have to mention that the back wooden slats for the closet are pretty flimsy and can break fairly easy if you're not careful.
My loft bed arrived together within two weeks. My friend came up and we laid out all the parts and pieces it was a bit overwhelming at first. Once we got the hang of it, we just started really putting things together. Her hands hurt after the first two hours and we did strip both the tools we were given but itās the sturdiest bed and extremely useful. Iāve been using it now for a few weeks and at first I was so afraid getting in and out but I ended up buying a three step ladder and thatās helped immensely. I might mention Iām a woman in her late 30ās and over 200 lbs- itās some of the best sleep Iāve gotten in awhile. And the desk set up is spectacular for all my work needs. Iām very happy.
Easy to assemble. Sturdy and a great price. Had plenty of room to put our small roll-top desk under it too. And if needed , there is room for a twin air-mattress below.
We got this bed as part of my 10 year old son's Christmas room makeover surprise. He absolutely loves it so far and we love the look and how it gives him so much room to play. He is into gaming so having the desk underneath for his laptop is amazing. The "bookcase/shelving unit" is exactly what we were looking for. It's very sturdy and the height is perfect since we have pretty tall ceilings. Other beds in major department stores that don't have some of the features of this one were atleast $100-$200 more. Like most other reviews I have seen, the assembly is very time consuming but not near as difficult as I thought it would be after reading other reviews. We took everything out and looked at the instructions and had every part for each step laid out before we even started putting it together and we think that really helped. It took 2 of us about 5 hours to put it together but I was also in and out wrapping other presents for some of it. My Husband is the type of guy that can literally fix anything and builds stuff all the time, he even makes home made knives, so that helped majorly having someone who is a "handyman". Best piece of advice is just go into it knowing it's going to take a while and might be tedious and just roll with it, because once it's done it is so worth it! I HIGHLY recommend this bed to anyone that either has a small space, has kids but they don't share a room so don't need a bunk bed but want to sleep up high or have the desk underneath like my son did, or anyone that just wants a really cool bed.
We love the bed. I didnāt give a 5 star because the instruction to assemble are horrible. It took us like 5-6 hrs to assemble it. Also, some pieces were wrong, see pic. And one of the shelves didnāt fit, we had to cut it as it was sent way too big. Storage space is awesome and we love how it looks!

Good bed and it looks super nice. The instructions are a little hard but just follow the pictures.Iām only putting it as a four star because upon building it Iām very disappointed in the quality. There were bents, scratches and broke pads on the bottom. For buying an expensive bed I was hoping itād be a little betterā¦
Im giving 3 stars only because the instructions are garbage. This came out great after 2 days of building! The screws dont line up when u get to the end so instead of screwing in the rail#2 just lay them and the #1s straight then put on the safety rail and screw that in then screw #2 in. Also pay close attention to the way you turn poles as only ONE of them has an arrow and the rest are up to you to figure out. The crazy part is that the holes will still line up until you get 2 steps away and have to back track. After all of this the bed is very sturdy and very good quality for the price. The ladder is a bit painful on the feet but other than that its a nice bed and my son loves it.
Because of all the supportive cross pieces on this bed, it is incredibly sturdy. Very nicely built, really attractive. really attractive. The directions were difficult to follow, not very user friendly. Thankfully I have a stepfather who is a retired carpenter, and he came in and managed to put it together. It made him frustrated, and he really knows what he's doing. So be prepared to curse a lot if you're putting this thing together.
A weld broke first day.. upgrade from my 13 yr old sons twin loft bed but he said he lost his footing a little and one of the welds is now broken itās one where youād be holding on to when climbing up and down so it immediately got less safe.. shouldnāt be that easy to snap a weld especially so soon, freshly build hardware was properly tight. Unfortunately my sons room is so small thereās no way hes having a queen size bed without it being a loft
Great bed. Sturdy and holds up. One thing tho, is that the bed is made for kids. It is not an adult sized loft bed. I have to duck to get to the wardrobe and desk. But thatās my fault for not reading the dimensions. The 4 stars comes from the fact that the directions are TERRIBLE like not even my handy man could figure out how to assemble. Took a whole day. Other than that I really like it
