You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

It is okay once together, but getting there was a rollercoaster.The metal came wrapped in plastic on the ends, but no protection between layers otherwise. Therefore, there were a lot of scratches and scuffs where the paint was off. Some pieces were also bent in shipping.The directions, not the worst Iāve read, but could definitely be better. It needs to be more specific on orientations and some steps would have made a lot more sense in a different order. For example, the crossbar going the length of the top bunk would have been helpful when installing the bars going the width of the bed. It was either too tight and they wouldnāt go in, or too loose and they all kept falling out. Also nothing was mentioned about the orientation of the hole pointing up on the bars going the width of the bed, so once assembled and to a further step I had to take the whole end apart to reorient one bar.Some screw holes were off by a good bit. For example, the steps were off by 1/2 an inch on the top connecting to the top bunk.Lastly, donāt be deceived by pictures, it is a large frame and still requires a decent amount of space.

Solid build and fairly easy to assemble considering the size. I was able to build it by myself even with lifting of the top bunk. Although getting the mattress holder rods into the frame alone was kind of a pain. Sturdy. 3 rambunctious kids have not been able to tear it down. There is some squeaking after assembly, so make sure you go back through and tighten up all the bolts once it has been used for a while. The boxes were huge and heavy to move around, but considering they were holding a very large triple bunk bed the packaging was great.

Beautiful!! Be patience follow the instructions because for security has a lot of steps.. However, is amazing and kids love it! I am a single mother and honestly it took me days to complete this by myself, the result brought me peace! Is super strong!!

It was definitely hard to put together . Some of the parts were not accurate. The holes did in lineup. It was a struggle. I had to call and get someone who worked at a furniture store to put it together and they had to rig it in some places, but is sturdy enough for my small children

Love the idea of the three beds but putting this thing together was so difficult and the parts didnāt come with the correct holes to put together.

Took about 4 hrs to put together and two trips to Home Depot as some of the screws didnāt fit so we had to go get some that did. At one spot there was not a hole to even put hardware in that should be there!!! Some parts were bent managed to make it all work and put together and kids like it and makes more room for our 3 kids. Just wish it was better with making it and providing the right size hardware.

I looked for a bed for months, read all the reviews. Worth the money. It took my husband 4-5 hours to build bc we wanted to make sure we didnāt miss anything. It came in a day early & it came in two boxes. Not missing any screws or holes messed up. Highly recommended these. I got them for my 3,4,9 year old!

Definitely worth the purchase! It was something affordable and it opens up a lot more space in our master bedroom for my siblings! The quality is good, the step ladder hurts a bit going up but that problem can be solved by adding cushion onto there. The top bunk has this space by the step ladder when you get on top and it can be super loud. We added a small blanket in that space to reduce the noise whenever someone goes over it.

This took hours and I mean HOURS 6+ to put this together. Fits in an apartment bedroom but takes most of the room. It's huge. So definitely think about space when buying. The step boards could be thicker to oas my 4 year old was able to break it by stepping on it. So I'll be going to home depot for a thicker more sturdy set of boards.

I purchased this earlier this month and finally put it together last night,I have to say that after spending the majority of the day building it, I am not able to complete my mission of building the bunk bed, I'm missing screws..... To speak on the quality the frame is durable but the wood that is provided as the planks that will be used as steps is very thin cheap and flimsy, I feel that if my child steps hard onto that planks they will brake through. On top of that some of the bolt/screws don't enter the metal frame and may have to re threaded. It has been a hassle. Now I have to find bolts to fit this is bunk which should have be included, I do not recommend this product to anyone

Assembly took about an hour and a half.. its not as sturdy as I would like for my kids but it will do. It wobbles a little when my kid goes up the ladder to the top bunk and he's only 50 lbs. The mattresses kind of sink in the spacings at the ends so I had to get a board for all three to avoid that. The mattress is comfy enough for the kids. Takes up alot of space but its expected. You get what you pay for.. its not the best but it does the job for the price I paid.

It is actually an extra long single on top. It was missing a few parts, had a couple mismatched, undrilled holes. Took my son about 5 hours to put up The company gave me a credit as opposed to returning. It's pretty sturdy. I am going to anchor it to the wall!

I purchase these bunk beds for my teen boys to cut down on space in their room and get rid of their three stack bunks because they are so tall now and it was just to close together and close to the ceiling. These have been a great choice. The quality of the beds is excellent and they are all comfortable and really like the space the bed provides. I have bigger boys and the frames and sturdy and functional and best part is they all can come a part as stand alone beds. There are no missing parts, in fact it came with extra pieces.
