xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Surprising very sturdy! The entire frame and “headboards” are all metal. The direction are very straight forward with only two “difficult” parts. The 1st being a step where you have to balance the socket screw on the Allen wrench and fit it through the larger hole, to then reach the actually screw hole. It wasn’t extremely difficult but I did loose a socket screw in the bed frame by it falling off of the Allen wrench. The other problem area was on step 8. You have to screw a piece together that is being covered by the previous step (the middle cross bar is covering a hole that you need to screw a middle support leg into) but that was a very easy fix of unscrewing the middle bar and then just re attaching it after putting the support leg on.I built this in 59 mins flat and that was with my toddlers “help” while building I only used the provided screws, Allen wrench, and my drill. it feels like nice quality and isn’t creaky or anything. There were a few cosmetic flaws (a scratch or two and a paint spot with a glob of paint) but overall for the price I feel like it can’t be beat! Excuse the styrofoam mess I hadn’t cleaned up before taking the finished product pictures. In the photos you can see the flaws I mentioned in the post

Love this bed! Super sturdy. Came with clear instructions that helped with easy assembly. We got this for our 1 year old who is used to co sleeping. This bed allows us to lay with her and it feels super sturdy even with us in the bed as well. 10/10

My baby just turned 1 in December. She co-sleeps and has hated her crib since the beginning. My husband and my bed is so tall that I never sleep deeply because I’m afraid of her falling out of it. I got her this floor bed with the idea of it being big enough for me or my husband can sleep in her bed with her while we transition her to sleeping on her own. My husband and her both fell asleep on it within hours of us revealing her bed to her (pictured). She loves it so much! She instantly taught herself how to climb in and out herself and I can tell she feels safe! So happy with this purchase!! I put it together myself. It took a while but was easy enough. I used a drill with a star bit instead of Alan Keys which made a big difference! And I also bought the mattress and sheets from Amazon everything organic! Trying to start my baby off right in the sleeping department! Sleep is so important!!!

A great purchase for the price. Frame/wood quality is solid, I was honestly surprised after assembly. My only complaints would be that assembly does take quite a bit of time (hour and a half for me) and the entry side could use a tad more support.Great product, I’d definitely recommend it.

Didn’t come with instructions but was able to reach out to the company and they sent me the instructions and got it built. My son loves his bed. It did come with some chips but overall it’s a good bed.

My son loves this bed! We moved to this from his crib. A 6” mattress works well in it. We have the grey at our house, and the white at his grandmas house. He loves being able to open the gate to get in and out on his own. It fits perfectly under the window. I love that the bottom is solid and the top has slats that we can see through. This prevents his arms and legs from getting stuck while he sleeps. I just wish the hardware wasn’t gold, and that the sides were a bit sturdier. It can be a little flimsy on the side that has the gate. It definitely takes some time to put together, and is much easier with two people! Overall we love it and would recommend it to others!

Took 2 hours to install. Build quality on par with IKEA. Should last until kid outgrows the bed. The side with the gate is a bit shaky

These are fairly easy to put together and super cute! My only issue is the side with the door isn’t super sturdy. My toddler loves it.

Love this little toddler bed so much. My grandson loves us to read him books and plays a little before he falls asleep. The rails are great for toddlers, but not sure I’d use for much older than 4-5 as they’re much heavier and strong. Assembly was a bit challenging alone but with the use of a walll to help hold up the sides it’s doable alone but easier with two. The size and value for my money was perfect!!! It’s a nice looking little twin bed. I got an 8 inch mattress and it’s a perfect height for the bed

Was easy to assemble with all the pieces included and no damage. My son is 2 and loves this bed! The door is a little less structured than I’d like but still works really well! All in all I’d recommend any day!

I have had this product for over two months. It was easy to put together and does well as the fence is higher than their previous beds they sell. So far it is sturdy and the bottom wooden slats have not broken with a weight of over 200 lbs.
