xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please help. We ordered the twin XL bunkbed and pieces came bent. We were sent a replacement bed, and this is what we received. The #4 piece is the middle support. It should not be bent, right? Did anyone else have issues with bent pieces? Do we order another?

I had this sent to my mom's house for my 29yr old daughter's room since she moved in recently to help out my parents. According to her, "It's not too difficult to build; but we could've used a third person to help since it was just me and Grandma." My mom is EIGHTY years old!! If they can do it, you can do it!

My roommate and I love these bunk beds. It’s not the easiest to assemble but is comfortable, worth the money and quiet. If you don’t like to be hot while sleeping, take the top bunk or buy a fan.

I was looking at 2 different manufactures. I choose this one because of the height of the top railings. It's nice and it took us about 3 hrs to put together. You may be able to do it by yourself but I don't recommend it.

Wobbly even after tightening the screws. Some of the screews wont bite. Dissapointed.

Just as pictured. Good quality bunk bed. Feels solid but the whole bed does wobble if someone on top moves or climbs the ladder.

Great for small rooms where you need 2 beds. Didn't want the kids to be stuck in twin beds so this was a great solution. Takes a long time to put together and definitely need multiple people helping. Everything was labled clearly and precisely. Once its up its nice and sturdy, but does squeak quite a bit. Serves its purpose really well with an unbeatable price.

It came quickly and in good shape. My husband and I who are in our 60’s were able to put this bed together in 2 hours. It is sturdy and safe for my grandchildren. I think they will love it!

These bed frames are amazing. I needed something for my kids that wouldn't take up too much space & this was the perfect size. I got the twin over queen. It's the perfect height & I haven't had any squeaking or noise complaints at all.

This is such a great bunk for my 7 year old. He loves the top bunk! The unit doesn’t make much noise which is great! Did take some time to put together but wouldn’t say it’s ikea level! Great purchase! We are happy!
