xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The instructions aren’t very clear, but I was able to put it together (mostly) by myself. There’s no extra hardware & one of the screws had no hex hole for me to screw it in so I will have to go buy something. Most of the pieces had scrapes and dents, it definitely looked like the pieces were slid across a surface and scratched up. I had to get a different hex key because the one that came with it wore out after the first screw - they are difficult to screw in. We decided to forgo the drawers all together since we liked the look without. We bought 2 of them and have only put together one so far, so maybe the other one will be better? The shipping is pretty pricey…That said, our 2.5 year old loves her “big girl bed”, so it’s not all bad!

I really like the build of this bed. Once complete, it is solid, like reach solid. The shelf is sturdy, No creeks getting in or out. Strong 4 stars. I only have 2 "complaints" - The instructions are not that great. They do the job to get you to the end but there were multiple times I had to go back a few steps and take it apart because the instructions did not specify which way to install a certain piece, resulting in me installing it backwards. - I got the variant with the drawers, the drawers themselves are fine and they wheel easily. But they're floating drawers, not attached to anything. I wish there was a way to have them on a track because they can move side to side. Customer support is also really good. I did have to reach out for an issue, the response come the next day as they are located in China and respond after 6pm but they do answer and are helpful (they were in my case). My daughter loves it. It is really cute. I recommend and would buy again.

My Granddaughter Love this Beautiful Bed and she can fit all her animals on it and it looks so cute! Extra space for her Cousin to sleep over : )
