You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. So easy to put together and it's not that bad. The only reason why it got a 4 and not a 5, the steps are painful to go up and down

We’re happy with this bed so far. The all-metal design feels clean, sturdy, and space-efficient—exactly what we were looking for. Compared to wood, the metal construction is a big plus: no off-gassing smells or concerns about formaldehyde.The setup process was fairly straightforward and felt a bit like assembling a big Lego set. Having two people is definitely recommended—especially for aligning the pieces properly. The bed has three major components (upper bunk, lower bunk, and the trundle), so while the instructions are clear, it did take my partner and me about 3 hours to assemble everything carefully.We like the trundle design. It’s perfect for sleepovers, but we’re currently using the underbed space to store toys. The frame is pretty solid, and the upper bunk has full-length guard rails on all sides, safer for kids.Overall, decent investment—safe, and well-suited for a small room.

Fit and finish were very good. Instructions could be more clear, but got it done. The bed is very sturdy and all pieces fit nicely. I would recommend this bed.Sturdy bed.

Happy with purchase so far. Bought this bunk bed for my 3.5 year old son who sleeps on the bottom bunk. Used a 5inch foam mattress for the top bunk, which fits good and still feels low enough to ensure rail safety. Ladder feels sturdy. I will say bed does shake a little when someone (especially an adult) is on the top bunk. Good height underneath bunk for storage bins/hiding toys. Metal is matte black colored. Easy to put together.

Works well to utilize space. Bottom is a little bit larger than full-size, which is really a non-issue. Only drawback: the rungs on the ladder do not have a flat surface, so it's a bit rough on your feet climbing up. Otherwise, good value for the money and works well for our needs.

We liked the bed, the structure is solid - nothing creaks or wobbles.Assembly was quick, all the parts were in place, in accordance with clear standards. The design is laconic and modern - it fits perfectly into the interior of the children's room.Plus - there is more free space in the room, which is especially important for a small apartment.

Overall solid, but far from perfect, and id give it a 3.5ish. For the price, it's good, but requires some work to make it better.The good:- quality is good, i didnt see any potential areas that could fail. Sturdy at the top bunk, I'm 235 lbs, and don't have concerns sleeping on top- shipping was surpringsly fast, and the configuration is fairly simpleSome of the so-so parts:- set up: simple enough for 1 person, but a couple of vague parts such as adding the header of the top bunk. I had mixed match the front and back, which was extremely difficult to remove later requiring me to use a crowbar causing me to slightly scratch the paint. The good part there are only 2 different bolts, and a few pages.- the ladder is rounded, which makes it painful to climb especially for adults, would have been nice to had a flat step, or padding- sways a lot, but this might be for all bunk beds, so I had to install anti shaking against the the side of the frames to extend to the wall. This helped a ton.- the bottom bunk is super squeaky, this is due to the bottom support beam doesn't sit against the bars, and the foam is way too thin. This causes the metal bars to have excessive moment, which the hollow frame echoes so it was hard to pin point. I added cardboard shims underneath each bar, and this helped greatly.- the guard rails on top are pretty short, and not substantial with a 7 inch bed. I supplemented this with a bed safety rail just in case for my daughter

Very well made and easy to put together. It may sound crazy but…. At 67 I like sleeping on a bunk bed . It makes transferring to my wheelchair much safer, helps me balancing to stand up….. Works great for me.
