xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

I was looking at 2 different manufactures. I choose this one because of the height of the top railings. It's nice and it took us about 3 hrs to put together. You may be able to do it by yourself but I don't recommend it.

We love the bed but��. Take note of the top rail. It is 13��. We have a 12�� mattress.I don��t think we can let our grandchildren sleep up there which defeats the purpose for us. Appears to be very sturdy and it looks good. Not sure about usefulness.Edit - My wife fixed it. Couple a hundred and a few rails later and everyone is happy!

This is excellent quality. Very impressed with how sturdy it is. It was very easy to assemble went together in about an hour and a half. The only issue I had is some of the part numbers didn't match the numbers in the instructions, but it was still very easy to put together. Would absolutely buy again

These bed frames are amazing. I needed something for my kids that wouldn't take up too much space & this was the perfect size. I got the twin over queen. It's the perfect height & I haven't had any squeaking or noise complaints at all.

This is such a great bunk for my 7 year old. He loves the top bunk! The unit doesn��t make much noise which is great! Did take some time to put together but wouldn��t say it��s ikea level! Great purchase! We are happy!

These beds are ok. We purchased them for our lake home and they are substantial for our teens but probably wouldn��t want to sleep on them as an adult. They are squeaky when getting on and off the top bunk and seem a little cheap. They do the job for occasional use but not sure o would want them for everyday.
