xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping

We got this bed to move our 2.5 year old out of his crib and into a toddler bed. We love it! It’s very cute in person- the only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it isn’t quite as fluffy and thick as the photo shows. But it was packaged well and really looks great in person.

Great bed for kids! The bed was delivered really fast and well packed. Instructions were simple and relatively easy to follow, without distractions would've taken less than the 1 hour to assemble. Bed is well padded and seems sturdy enough for young toddler. It was perfect for our daughters bedroom

It’s actually bigger than expected. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the tools and accessories weren’t labeled to help know which screw sizes to actually use.

The ONLY thing keeping this from 5 stars is the fact that it is not clear that the king size option with drawer DOES NOT STORE THE 2ND MATTRESS.I would have purchased a standard trundle had I known.The bed itself is gorgeous - instructions were easy, and I was able to assemble myself in a couple hours without recruiting my handy husband.I am Terribly disappointed that now I need to figure out how to store the 2nd mattress and haul it up from our shed whenever the king option is needed. This would have been a dealbreaker had I known beforehand.It DOES look pretty -it’s sturdy and the drawers are spacious.Handy husband thinks he can remove the drawers and modify a space to hold the 2nd mattress - but all in all I think that part of things could have been better communicated - or better designed.

My girls have absolutely loved this thing from day one. We bought some extra stuff to decorate and they play more with their bed than they do with their inside playhouse. The drawers hold small stuff well but they definitely don’t hold a full size comforter. It took my husband and I a while to put it together but it feels pretty sturdy. I’ve even slept up there with both kids and didn’t feel worried. I removed the wall that separates the back space from the front so they can make use of the space behind the drawers. Otherwise, you don’t have access. It hard to make the bed but once made looks great.

My husband ordered this bed for our son. We’ve had it for a few months now and it’s been a great purchase. It’s very sturdy and seems to be well built. Assembly took a while, but the instructions were clear and everything fit together properly. The storage is one of the best features! There are drawers underneath that pull out smoothly and are perfect for storing toys, clothes, or bedding. The built in shelves along the back and side are super convenient for books, toys, and even a nightlight. My kid absolutely loves it. If you’re looking for a functional and stylish bed with lots of storage this is the one.

Bought for my autistic daughter.Solid bed, has good cushioning to the railings. I do like how it looks and its low to the floor. My only thing is that the color is definitely diffrent and thought it be much softer.
