xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Love this bed. The bottom shelf is perfect for all of my son's stuffed animals. The middle shelf isn't large enough for bigger books but will hold the cat and the hat books upright. Took me forever to put together.

This bed was very easy to assemble, and the materials feel sturdy and well-made. The instructions were clear, and I had it put together in no time. My son enjoys using it so much that he hasn't even attempted to climb over the rails, which is a big win for safety and independence. My one critique is that I wish there was a horizontal support bar along the bottom to make the frame feel even more stable. Love this full sized floor bed! Bought it for my 18 month old boy and he's loved it! The gate makes it easy to open and close and the color is beautiful!

Box is VERY big and heavy when it arrived, came about a week. My husband put it together in about half n hour (couple of screws wouldn't fit right so he used different ones), the door is a little lopsided but not a huge deal still latches great. We got a twin XL 6 inch mattress (only gaps are the corners which we'll fill with a pool noodle), not very sturdy but it's holding up against my chunky boy. I would definitely recommend this item!

It may be time-consuming, but the directions are great and it’s pretty simple to put together! It took my husband about an hour and a half to put together, which is not bad to compared to a lot of other beds! It’s very sturdy and I love all of the cubby holes that it has

As you can see a twin size mattress is to small for this. I read the reviews and almost bought the twin xl mattress but was persuaded to buy what I “should’ve” since this frame was “twin sized”. Listen to the reviews, buy a twin xl. My only other issue was the gate, and some nails not being able to tighten. Which was an easy fix by getting longer nails but you can tell most of the ones were already stripped.

My granddaughter loves her bed. She likes getting to bed by herself lock the cute door and go ni-nite. This bed is BIG. She's two years old and looks tiny in it 😁 Assembly was a breeze, it's sturdy, sits on the floor so getting in and out for her is great

Nice bed frame, but the design is not very functional. Depending on your mattress depth the bottom shelf will possibly be low. If your kid is a wild sleeper expect them to be in that shelf and bumping their head by the middle of the night. Just expect to buy some bumpers, padding or pillows for younger toddlers

Not the sturdist bed frame, but we love the bookshelves attached to it. Our little girl loves it and has plenty of room to move around. It's temporary until she outgrows it

Not easy assembly. Materials seem cheap not high quality. Some paint like smells Nonetheless it would be functional at least hopefully for a year transition period.

Different parts came broken. But it was easy to set up. Had to buy wood glue to fix most of the broken parts. After three months we packed it up cos it keeps falling apart.

Easy to put together & sturdy. My toddler loves the freedom of getting to easily get in and out of his own bed. Lots of space for stuffys, toys, and books. My teenage nieces also love the bed too, so works for more than just toddlers.

Great floor bed for toddlers. Especially if you use the Montessori style teaching. We didn’t attach the door and just left the opening. At first I was worried about the quality but it easily holds me if I need to crawl in. Seems like a good value for the money.

My son is a rough sleeper, he flips and flops all night. This bed is perfect for him to get in and out of safely. My husband assembled it within 20 minutes with no problems! The color matched the ad perfectly and when I get in with him, I don’t feel like I’m breaking it (though I will mention im only 120lb.) My son loves the door and makes bed time a little more fun!

Although it looks nice, the wooden slats are not very durable (going to have to buy another part), medium difficulty level assembling. Have not used it yet as I am waiting for other parts to come in.
