xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

My son loves his new bed! He feels like a big boy and loves to go in and out of the opening. We left the door off because it didnāt fit in our space. The color is perfect and the price is decent.

Study and it was easy for my husband to assemble. My son loves it! There is a gate for safety but my son is 3 and chooses to just climb over. His 1 year old brother likes to climb in and out using the gate.

Very solid and supportive with the middle supportive bar for the slats to rest on. Many other did not have this support. The bed holds a full grown adult standing on it with no issues.

Easy to assemble once you get going. Would have been nice to have markers for where the wood slats get screwed in. Overall very nice looking bed. The hight is nice for my 1 year old, she can maneuver her way out by herself when we open the door. Would have given 5 stars if it was more rigid and solid. The door side should have had more support, it's wobbly and if a bigger kid was playing and put some weight on it the side would snap off.

The bed is nice overall, but there are some issues. We had to buy plywood separately, which was unexpected. Itās also very hard to find a mattress that fits this bed size. The door is not very conveniently placed, which makes it less comfortable to use. Because of these reasons, Iām giving 4 stars instead of 5.

My son has used this bed since he was 9 months old. The rails are perfect height so he can't roll out of bed. Really good quality for the price. And bonus is was easy to put together.

My grandson has never been a crib sleeper and loves beds. He is now one and this has been a life saver for his parents. Easy to assemble.

Happy with the quality of wood and paint. Nothing was broken. However there are not enough support beams so you either have to purchase more wood and cut to size or buy some sort of box spring which would then likely be too tall for the sides. Its 8in between pieces and standard should be 2-3 for appropriate support.

The bed says max 250 lbs but forsure if 250 laid on those boards it would snap. The boards to hold up the mattress doesnāt have enough slats so if you buy a memory foam mattress itāll sink in between the slats.

I found this floor bed frame to be very easy and quick to assemble with the included allen wrench and clear directions. Between the solid oak hardwood and practical design, it's a lot sturdier than it looks and is a handsome piece of furniture. It does have some weight to it, which is to be expected because of the dense hardwood, which makes it a long lasting investment and a great value. Paired up with a quality mattress makes it a comfortable and safe toddler bed. It's worth noting that you will need a Philips #2 screwdriver to affix the hardware for the gate (holes are pre-drilled) and the mattress support slats.

The item arrived much later than the original delivery date, which was frustrating. Assembly wasnāt too difficult, but there were a lot of pieces, and many didnāt align properly ā definitely a bit of a hassle. That said, I was able to make it work. The quality of the frame itself is good, but there are a few features I wish had been more clearly shown in the pictures. It would have helped manage expectations before purchasing.Also, to add this particular frame has NO MIDDLE SUPPORT ON SLATS.
