xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

This bunk bed is perfect for our small room it maximizes space and still feels open. Super functional and surprisingly sturdy. I built the whole thing by myself, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Definitely recommend for anyone working with limited space! For reference my kids are 9 and 7 and 8" mattresses.

I was super nervous about ordering any bunk bed online vs seeing the product in person. This was literally a steal & I loveeeeee it so do my kids! Super easy to assemble great quality & looks so good in my kids room!!

My Grandkids love this bed but the quality is definitely not worth the amount I paid! It arrive in 3 different boxes on 3 different days and was 5,000 pieces. The instructions sucked and the materials are horrible. A lot of the pieces came out the box scratched up. Definitely would NOT recommend!!

Sometimes you get what you pay for. While this was by far by price one of the lower end options for a bed of this size and with these features - there are a lot of reasons to dislike this bed and maybe only one to like (the price). Reasons to dislike include the nonsensical way in which the parts were arranged in the packaging, making sorting out the parts hard to begin building. The needlessly large and brightly colored warning label stickers on this bedās parts are not only prominent, but nearly impossible to remove. What bits you will be able to get off, will leave a horrible sticky residue that is also extremely difficult to remove and the use of any products to remove them will also remove the paint from the bed. So buyer beware on that front. These warning stickers Iām sure are required, but could have easily been put in less obvious places. And straight.Overall this is a frustrating build. The parts were clearly driven by how theyād fit into the packaging and not by what would be most sturdy (or safe?) The bed is a great value for what you pay, just be ready to be frustrated by the compromises to get you that low price.

Bed is great and seems super sturdy. We like the looks and color. Itās just that once the bottom bunk mattress is in my daughter cannot sit up anymore. Itās so little space it looks and feels like in a submarine bunk. Definitely nothing for people that have issues with being claustrophobic.Maybe the could design an extension piece and a longer ladder.Also we just bought a pillow top mattress for the top bed and after putting it in we found out that there is basically no safety rail left!!!Three stars for absolute awesome sturdiness. Unfortunately the design suffers.

The top bed is to low, the person sleeping on the bottom, can't forget to sit vending, otherwise will hit the very bad. My daughter is 3 and she hit her self a lot. The rest perfect

Easy to assemble, but HIGHLY RECOMMEND applying some sort of glue to the screws. Almost half have fallen out with having the bed only a year.

8 year is on top, 5 year old is on the bottom bunk and they love it. Instructions were clear, shipping was fast, and I am using a 6in mattress for both bunks. I havenāt bought one for the trundle.Downsides: I wish it came with those white caps for the screws so they wouldnāt be so obvious. And the trundle doesnāt move smoothly on carpet. Other than that good wood quality and no defects

I bought this for my granddaughter thatās four and my grandson thatās two. They still sleep with mom and dad so it was an encouragement for them to get into their own bedroom. Hope it works. They love it.

The bed is as it is advertised. It is however a real pain to build. The instructions are a bit off, but if you know a real handy man theyāll figure it out!

Some finishes were a bit lacking in quality control. Came out of box with areas of paint that were less than opaque, or even scuffed. Seems sturdy enough, but I'm unsure of how much weight it can hold because the description and the manual and the warning labels all say different weight limits.

When I got the 2 giant boxes with the components of the bed, it was overwhelming. The instructions were clear though and step by step we got the job done. It looks great. My only complaint is with the trundle part. I think there should be more slats and not box like with a head and a foot would help. We solved the problem by attaching 1/4āinch plywood to the bed on top of the slats. This made it sturdier and much more comfortable. Otherwise this is a very sturdy, handsome bed.
