xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Got this bed for my 20 month old who refused to sleep in his crib. He would wake multiple times at night and ultimately end up in my bed. He NEVER slept through the night and has always had trouble sleeping. Once we set this up for him he started sleeping through the night. He LOVES this bed. Itās big enough that I can fit in it with him being 5ā10. Super sturdy and cute bed!

It's cute but if you're building this by yourself with just a screw driver and whatever else they provide you (screwdriver not included) have fun this took me a long time to do. Received the box damaged some parts got damaged but I blame ups for part of it. Highly recommended using a drill if you have one. There was some missing hole marks on where to put some of the screws so you gotta kinda wing it. Other than that once it's put together it's really neat to have!

Im glad I got this for my son bed. It's durable and sturdy. Perfect for transitioning your child to a big bed. As many people say that this bed is hard to put together I think they are wrong. My husband and I put this together without any concern about the product or anything. It's really easy to put together. The instructions is not very understandable but its very easy to follow. I like the durability of this bed. The slats makes it more durable. I also put some pool noddle for my son's safety because once you hit the top of the bed it's really painful. It also comes with 2 drawers and a removable steps for toddlers. The color is perfect! Worth it. No regrets

The bed was super easy to assemble, and looks lovely.Really good quality, sturdy and has plenty of storage in the draws.The little bookshelf is perfect for storing bedtime favourites.

Very sturdy. Made of great materials. Came in two heavy boxes in two different shipments days apart. Screws are obvious too. Besides that 10/10 worth the money. My son loves it. For reference, I got a 6 inch mattress and I donāt have to worry about him rolling out. I also got a 5x7 rug and all but part of the stairs fit on it

Absolutely love this bed! The little bookshelf and stairs are so stinking cute. Great size and affordable price. Assembly was smooth but lengthy. I would absolutely recommend having at least a drill with a phillips head bit! We also purchased a 75-in long by 38-in wide piece of wood for a mattress support just to add extra assurance.

Iāll give it 4.5 for the sturdy material and how much my toddler loves it - she can get up and go to bed by herself now. Frame is solid wood, but for the parts with engineered wood, I can tell itās good engineered wood(clean plywood - no obvious glue smell after 1-2 days). Generally worth the price. I wanted give it 0 when installing though - it will be the most difficult bed youāve ever installed - 3 times harder than IKEA bed.

Its beautiful ā¦ instructions were pretty easy, the only thing they couldāve did better with is that you can see literally every single screw .. my baby is about to be 2 and this is a great transition bed.. she was definitely ready for a big girl bed and this was perfect. I went with a 8 inch mattress and it was perfect fit.

She's already gotten used to it from day 2 and sleeps way better. She has access to the books on the bookshelf and loves reading a bit before falling asleep. The drawers are good size for storing bedding. Used a firm 6 inch mattress. Only thing is I had to buy some sticky padding for around the edges as she can hit her head and it would hurt a lot. Would recommend this bed. (I've also stood on it to hang up a picture and it holds up lol)
