xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Took time to assemble and the tiny screws were frustrating but my boys absolutely love this bed. It’s nice to get a solid wood piece of furniture even if the wood is on thinner side. Totally elevated my boys room and they love having the desk and shelves. It had eliminated other furniture and opened up floor space. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Our tween daughter picked it out and she loves it! It took two adults a few hours to put together. The directions are ok, but could be better with clearer images and some tips to make it easier. While it seemed like it was going to be super flimsy as we were assembling it, the bed is actually really sturdy and could easily hold two adults. On the downside, you can see all of the screws heads on the outside of the bed and there were dime size holes in one corner of each of the large panels that looked like they were miss drilled because they served no purpose. The white was not a bright white, but more of a grey toned white. If you can get past the ‘cheap’ look of the exposed screws and imperfections, the bed is solid.

My daughter really wanted a daybed with a trundle. We found this one and she was excited. Quick delivery. It was easy to set up with two people. It is not very square...there are some parts that don't line up easily but for the price we paid it was a good buy. I would purchase this again!

The bed came in 2 packages, no big deal. The boxes say that they may come a day or two apart, again no big deal. The boxes came almost a week and a half apart. Assembly is a pain in the butt. The directions are pictographs with NO written instructions. You also better have a tape measure that can measure in millimeters because you have to screw in 3 parts, 300mm from each end AND at an equal distance in the middle. You would think the manufacturer would pre-drill these holes, they DO NOT. The headboard and footboard are thin particle board panels. If you build this, keep the pieces in a separate room and grab them as needed or you will run out of space to build in a medium sized bedroom. The "antique white" color is no where near a white. I would more describe it as a light taupe with a pinkish undertone. Definitely not the color that was pictured.

More like a 3.5 star. It's kinda like a butterface. Looks good from far away but if you get to close you start to notice some things. Small tiny cracks, uneven surfaces things just not lining up like they used to but hey you do get what you pay for. So I guess it's not all bad. I would recommend her but never without a full disclosure

I bought this for my daughter. It was fairly easy to assemble, and is very durable! I had a problem with one piece and customer service was great! It looks great!

I love the final outcome. But….. putting it together was hell. I suggest two ppl put together. A lot of screwing !!!! I took 5 hours!!

We look for toddler bed for a long time thank God we got this one. She put all of her toys and titties next to her. We love her comfortable this bed and easy to use. Great quality

The bed is adorale, and the size is perfect for a 4 year old with a small room, especially if you expect they will have sleepovers. Bunk beds take up too much room, and the trundle is handy for Mom to read bedtime stories. The frame went together easily.
