Great chairs!!

Great chairs for the price! A few of the holes were slightly misaligned, which made assembly somewhat difficult. Overall, really happy with these gorgeous chairs!

They wobble a little on the parquet, but not on the carpet. They are soooo beautiful and cute, and the price is just unbelievable! The quality isn’t perfect, but for this price, it’s totally worth it.

easy to assemble because they come almost done.

This chairs are amazing!!! I'm a 5' and my previous chairs was very tall for y legs, I finally can sit at my table without ending with pain in my foot. And the quality is great.

These are such pretty chairs!

For the price, these chairs are beautiful and pretty comfortable! The only problem I had was that half of my chairs were wobbly. I tried to follow the instructions the best I could, but I couldn't fix that issue, so I just ended up putting a thin felt pad under one of the legs to stop the wobbling. The set up itself was fairly simple and instructions easy to follow. They ask that you put the screws in but not tighten them all the way because if the chair is wobbly at this point, they ask you to drop the chair from like a foot up to align all the parts? I'm not sure if that's standard practice or not since this was the first time I've built chairs. The wobbliness stops when someone sits down on the chair and pushes everything down though.

Cozy chairs

It's lighter than I thought, and it isn't coated. Design is very satisfied, it's cozy. I had a troble when I did assemble, but it was solved as I did user manual. Totally good!

They don’t rock

They don’t rock when we sit on them but the legs are not perfectly leveled when not sat on. I followed carefully the instructions for assembly. Oh well, not perfect but still comfortable to sit on.

Beautiful, but assembly requires repairs

These are very nice chairs, in a beautiful modern style. However, mine could not be assembled without a lot of careful adjustment (i.e., woodworking). If you are skilled enough to do that, I think they are a bargain, and I'm very happy with them. Otherwise, they would not be a good buy.Except for the assembly problems, the woodworking (the part that shows!) and finish are good. There are some minor imperfections that most people will not notice or care about. The backs are not one piece, but the wood is joined beautifully. The wood is light-colored (rubber wood) and quite nice (not oak). It appears to be finished with Danish oil, which is a good finish that is always repairable. The seats are polyester and a pleasing blue color. The legs have very slick plastic pads that (hopefully) won't mar wood floors.Unfortunately, the negative reviews are right. The main problem is that most of the bolt holes were badly positioned or aimed the wrong direction.

Great looking chairs but assembly was a little difficult

These chairs were a great purchase and look great. Only thing is the pre drilled holes didn’t match up perfectly so it took some time to assemble. This is the only reason I have it 4/5 stars

Love the mod century design and quality

I’m very impressed with both the design and material used. The beige fabric is very neutral and fits any decor. Can be changed to a different fabric if you desire for more stain resistant power. Easy to assemble and takes about 15-20 minutes per chair. The wood seems sturdy—my father in law who’s over 250 lbs sat on it without any problems Overall, highly recommend these mod century wood chairs to elevate your living/dining space!

Great value Scandi minimal dining chairs

Really beautiful dining chairs at an AMAZING price. Goes well with my oak dining table from Article. Very easy assembly. Seems sturdy. Comfortable to sit. I would give 4.5 stars if I could only because I had to return one set because one dining leg had significant discoloration and another had a small crack (see photo). However I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend! Just make sure to inspect the parts when you get it

Easy to assemble and they look pretty good.

If using them as side chairs on display they certainly do the job. We've only just purchased them, so we don't know how comfortable they are if you were sitting in them during a long meal, for example, but a quick sit down suggests they are comfortable enough for use as dining table chairs. We cannot speak, yet, to their long term durability. Over all we're happy with this purchase and gave them four stars, only because we haven't had them long enough to know how we'll feel about them a year from now.

Lovely chairs, be sure to use washers when assembling!

The chairs are lovely, lightweight and sturdy. I accidentally assembled the first chair without a washer because I failed to continue reading the instructions into the next line. Needless to say the screw went right through the back of the wood. I was able to glue it back together afer fixing my mistake and no one is the wiser. Until now...

Don't forget to use common sense! Great chairs! Great Value!

Here we are, decided to at last purchase a set of chairs for my tiny studio. These are of a great value! Really have a unique look. The chair is what you can expect in the price range of 120 ish dollars. I see what other reviewers mean by directions see photos. Use your head and try to remember building something from Ikea that is what helped me lol. It is not hard or difficult at all and the other reviewer whom stated theirs was crooked apparently they did not slam their new chair down as stated in directions to straighten legs lol. Use common sense please when building chair do not tighten all bolts until you have them all in, then tighten. You will not get the worlds best fabric or comfort use yours with an added cushion if comfort is your concern. Or buy pouf ottoman to lay back with. Overall super satisfied! Don't forget the crucial step in directions to slam your chairs upright if not straight lol!

Best in style and price!

These are bang-for-your-buck style and worth the money. The overall style looks more high end and I have the option to easily recover the fabric seats in the future. They are a wider seat and extremely comfy. The only negative is that some of the holes didn’t align perfectly, making assembly more arduous. But, we used a drill with the correct bit to put the chairs together faster.I would highly recommend!

So far, so good

For almost-newlyweds on a budget, I consider this a good deal! We bought just one set to try out first, and we'll probably be getting another if these prove to hold up well.ASSEMBLY: Assembly takes a little bit of time, but doesn't require tools beyond what's already included. As it suggests, following the instructions and tightening each screw sequentially (versus one at a time) will make sure it is balanced.STYLE/DESIGN: If you like the mid-century look with simple design, you'll like these. I will say that the "beige" color, as listed, is not exactly beige. It definitely leans more gray undertone. But nothing that would make me demand a refund! The oak color is what I was looking for, personally. It has a nice, warm, natural look to it. Cushion is medium firmness, leaning more towards firm than soft.STURDINESS: These honestly feel pretty sturdy and like they will hold an adequate amount of weight. I am 110 pounds, so I am not the best judge for how it holds heavier weight, but just from feel and the weight of the chair, you can tell it is pretty sturdy.COMFORT: My fiance thought it was pretty uncomfortable to sit in, but that was to be expected with these kinds of lower-back, nearly backless chairs. We are willing to keep up with it since we still get the benefit of the look we want, but if you are looking for a great deal of comfort, it's not here! That's the main reason for the 4 stars (in reality, we'd probably give a 4.5 if we could, as the comfort aspect isn't hugely important). Tl;dr, it's definitely not a chair you can sit in for hours on end, but it's also not excruciating if you lean back or anything.Hope this is helpful to buyers who are considering! All in all, we really like them so far. We'll update if things change in quality!

Woodworker Approved (With Some Effort)

So I want to start off by saying these chairs require some effort to get together, but follow the instructions and have some patience and you'll be rewarded with a great chair for a great price. I'm an amateur woodworker and furniture builder. I'm no expert, but I do know a good piece of furniture when I see one. While this is far from a custom built high end chair, it's pretty darn great for what it is. I was also impressed with the packaging. The parts are well protected during shipping.Again, follow the instructions and know that it will probably take a few tries to get them together the right way and you'll be fine. The only thing I would add to the instructions is that using a few clamps to hold the seat back to the chair frame was a big help in getting those first few corner bolts lined up. Before I started using clamps I had a hard time getting them to line up. This is due to the fact that wood moves a lot depending on climate and the pieces were not all made at once and mated to each other like they would be in a fine furniture shop. I'm totally fine with this since I didn't pay fine furniture shop prices.
