xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Very quick and easy setup. Canvas seems strong and durable, waterproof/resistant. Size was as expected and comfortably seated approx 18+ people underneath. Frame is sturdy and stable. The storage bag is a plus and easily fits everything inside.

First i would like to say. The canopy was easy to set up. I did it by myself and the instructions were clear. It is very well built and didn’t move at all. It provides great cover from the sun and was able to move stuff easily. I really recommend it if you like to throw outside parties.

I am a small business owner and just hosted an event in the parking lot. I bought 2 and used both. I am very happy with my purchase.It was rather windy so I suggest getting the sand bags especially if you are using on solid ground with no way to stake into the ground.I especially like the windows!!!! My only complaint it there is no way I will get the walls packed up with the frame so I wish there was a extra bag or pocket to store themAlso EXTREAMLY HEAVY and there are no wheels in the bag

I bought the white 10x30 canopy. I was setting it up in my backyard. Two adults popped it open and set it up with two little helpers in minutes—way easier than the “wrestle‑the-frame” canopies I used before.The sidewalls are great: attach them, remove them, mix them—basically canopy LEGO. It handled light rain like a champ, and the white color made everything look fancier than it actually was. Sturdy, spacious. That’s a win.

This is a high quality tent, and was easy to set up. I can't believe the high quality for the price. Very sturdy and it hold all of my family and friends! Definitely recommend and worth the money!

Bought it for a recent backyard event at my house. Previously I was using the small pull up tents which were very unstable. This one turned out to be much more stable and sturdy. Good thing I liked about it is that it is 20 feet long so I was able to fit in three long tables seating around 27-30 guests easily. Easy to assemble and take down as well.
