xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

It arrived fast, great price, great quality too! it was very easy to put up and my four-year-old toddler girls absolutely love it! The one that sleeps on the top bunk, learned how to climb it with demonstration after about two tries. They both climb it and hang out up there for fun and get down slowly with ease.This helped a whole lot with their room transformation, and my twins absolutely adore their room now.

It was pretty easy to build but definitely would recommend to do it with a partner. I think it took us about 1 hour to build. Looks strong and sturdy. My only concern is the top bar might be too low and every time my son sits up I feel like he's going to hit his head. Also, the ladder steps are pretty thin and uncomfortable for me to climb up when I need to get up there to make his bed or grab something.

Great bed however the slats for the top mattress are absolutely terrible to put in. The entire bed only took me maybe an hour and a half to put together on my own, but then it took me probably another hour to get those pieces in. The plastic they slide into are all squished so you have to remove them to get the bars in them and then they don’t go back into the slot they came out of flush. I had to use a mallet and hit it HARD several times to get them in. It was just a pain. Other than that, the bed seems pretty sturdy at least for my 3 year old. I can’t speak on how well it will hold up considering it’s all metal. It does seem a little flimsy and there are some spots I’m worried about it bending over time, but I’m hoping it last awhile because it is very cute! I added a canopy thing and my daughter absolutely loves it. She doesn’t share a room so the bottom we made her little play area. Oh the size for the mattress is perfect! It fits very snug. This is a 6 inch memory foam mattress pictured so you can see the height. The instructions for assembly are great. The labeling of the pieces was great. It was packaged great. There were a few tiny little scratches here and there, but nothing worth complaining about. Overall highly recommend!

Exactly what I wanted. It will take 2 people to put together & it’s easier with 2 drills if you have them. It’s very spacious and fits in my babies room perfectly. It was not loud to put together either. 5 stars.

My kids love this bunk bed! It was very easy to assemble I put it together alone in a matter of 1.5 hours (with breaks). It is extremely sturdy and I feel safe having my 4 year old sleeping on it. It is shorter than most bunk beds which adds to the safety aspect as well. I am 5’’7, 220 pounds and I got on the top bunk and rolled around moved and there was no creaking or anything that would make me pause for alarm! Such an amazing piece at a great affordable price point! Highly recommend

Why did you pick this product vs others?:My daughter was very excited! She doesn’t share her room so we plan to put toys underneath or a chair. Easy to put together. Box is very heavy took two people to get it up the stairs. Once it was up here though it only took one person. We added the fairy canopy and lights.

Really nice bed. Feels secure. Bought for my 3 year old. She makes me nervous climbing out of the bed but she'll get use to it. If your kid likes to climb at the playground then they'll be fine in this bed. She's a timid climber. It's not too high and perfect for her. I will attach a pool noodle or something on the rail until I'm comfortable with her sleeping in it. I bought a 6in mattress and the rail is still a good height. I wouldn't buy anything higher than 6in. Hubby put together by himself. Can't say how long it took because I was sleep lol. Great purchase. She keeps saying she loves her bed.

Purchased this bunk bed when trying to convert one of our bedrooms to fit 3 kids. The bed is great for younger kids, while still having enough space for a parent to comfortably sit up on the bottom bunk. That was important to me. Make sure we use a 6inch mattress to ensure enough space!Overall it only took 40 minutes to assemble, and it probably would have been quicker if I was not doing it by myself.

It took me a while to build the bed after it arrived and I found a pretty big scratch in the paint. Customer service was great and helped right away. Easy to put together. Nice height for my 3 year old. I did get a 2 inch metal boxspring frame for the bottom bunk. The mattresses are 5 inches

5 stars because the price was great (got it on sale) and I like the sleek look of it. We’ve had it just a month but it seems to be good quality. It took my husband about an hour to assemble. I chose this over the ikea bunk bed that’s popular because of the cute house style and cheaper price. It fit well in my kid’s small bedroom!

A decent bed for the price, we upgraded to this for our kiddos 4th birthday. It's not too tall, so falling off isn't a stop and drop emergency. My only complaints are the stairs are a bit thin and because of this a little harsh on the feet and the whole frame is a little light. I recommend securing it to the wall if you've got one like mine that tries to climb like a wild child. Came with a few chipped spots but nothing glaringly obvious, we like it and so does our little!

We loved this bunk bed. It was affordable and easy to assemble took my husband about an hour by himself. My girls love it, we've had no issues with the quality. I also love the look compared to traditional bunk beds.
