xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Hello everyone .. I recommend this bes frame queen size .. it has two small dressers that I can connect my lamp and even charge my cell phones .. I can place my books ..it was of ideal size to be able to place my mattresses .. they are designed to give a good touch in your bedroom and have a good finish ,, I loved it

The bed was easy to assemble with sturdy materials. It looks great in our main bedroom. The top of the headboard is black, I had been wondering based on pictures online. The frame creates a comfortable night sleep with our mattress. It’s a mix of farmhouse and modern.

It took at least 3 people between me reading the steps and my father in law and husband to put it together and more than 3 hours however my husband and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BED ! WELL WORTH!!! WE PURCHASED A 14 INCH MATTRESS that was perfect because it wasn't a gap space for the head board if I ordered a smaller inch mattress it would have been a gap !My HUSBAND AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT VERY STURDY AND VERY COMFORTABLE!!!IT'S BEAUTIFUL TOO!

Love the look! Set up was simple for me and my husband to do it together although it would have been more of a chore by myself. We’ve been using this bed for 4 months with no issues and no squeaking. Great quality for the price!

Love my new bed frame. My initial worry was that the bed would be too low considering I was only using a mattress with no box spring. The bed height was perfect. The footboard has round edges so I don’t have to worry about the kids hurting themselves. I’ve had it for 3 months already and it has held up nicely. Ease of Assembly: I put it together by myself, I’m a 40 year old women and I had 4 kids hustling and bustling around me with excitement while I did it. It took me a little over an hour. Love my new bed frame!

I am amazed at the quality of this bed frame. It truly is noiseless, and very sturdy. Very easy to assemble. It holds my 14inch mattress well. Great value!

It’s great for the price, but my standard king mattress is about two inches longer than the bed. You have to wedge the bottom in.

This frame is very sturdy, the only issue I have with it is that it’s kinda squeaky and makes noise every time I move.

Bed is okay, but my headboard alignment is off a little. I dislike the headboard come in two separate parts. Once I put the bed together, it’s pretty sturdy for the price.

Sturdy bed frame for a great price. Really needed something QUIET and comfortable, and this frame is definitely that. Absolutely love the look of the black wood grain, it is some sort of particle board but arrived with no knicks or dings. As long as you follow the instructions it isn't terrible to put together either. My only complaint is it seems to look a little smaller (not quite as bulky as I prefer) than the photos shown, but it fits our queen mattress just fine.
