xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We purchased a Bellemave bunk bed (W1580P388764) online for a short-term rental we're furnishing.Ā The FULL description is BellemaveĀ® Twin XL Over Queen Bunk Bed with Storage Shelves and LED Lights, Metal Bunk Beds with Ladders, BlackĀ
We received two boxes a couple weeks ago, but just now have taken all of the parts out of the boxes to assemble it. We immediately noticed that we are missing FOUR pieces in order to put this bunk bed together.Ā
Bad on us for not opening the boxes to ensure everything that was supposed to be included was actually shipped. However, we were in the middle of a cross-country move and the boxes went unopened until we were done with the move and back to finish the furnishing of this house.
The missing pieces include:
- Two (2) of part #20
- One (1) of part number #19
- One (1) of part number #4
The bunk bed can NOT be assembled without these critical pieces!Ā Need to put this bed together to complete the furnishing of a short-term rental we're already under contract to start on October 1st.Ā
Getting these pieces in the quickest time possible is essential.
How do we get the missing parts....as soon as possible?

PS: I have already sent an email since NO Customer Service telephone number is listed on the Bellemave website....and there's no corporate phone number searchable for the two addresses listed in California and Colorado. Not having a way to call for quick Customer Service is a shortcoming and should be noted by anyone looking to buy your products.
