xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

So far so good! Seems sturdy and safe. Looks super cute. My daughter loves it. Putting it together was a pain in the butt, but the instructions are clear if you follow them closely. My daughterās old mattress was the right size but came up over the railing so we had to buy a new flatter one. Overall it seems great for the price. I hope it lasts over time.

This bunkbed is super sturdy and looks great. You will need about half a day to put it together and itās a two person job. It came with a lot of parts, but the instructions were really good and we didnāt have any issues with missing parts. Iām not sure how long it will last but it seems like it is well built. The desk area has plenty of space and my son is about 5 foot tall and fit well while sitting. Not sure how it will do if heās 6 foot. Lastly, the bunkbed does well with about an 8 inch mattress. Any thicker then you wouldnāt have guard rails.

My son loves thia bed and desk combo. It took 4 hours for 2 people (one of which is skilled with tools) to put together. It seems like great quality as well.

Follow instructions to the T. One direction is a right install and one is left. Use the same one and count the holes for each part. Could have been manufactured in an easier build way. But packing was superior, material is maybe 20 gauge steel at best. Seems a little shaky. Could use a stiffening leg brace.

Great bed, really sturdy! The quality and durability is phenomenal. Be prepared to spend hours putting it together, but it was well worth it.

it wobbles a little bit (not loud) but iām 25 and my boyfriend is a very large 26 year old man and we both sleep comfortably on it with no fear of it breaking so id say itās pretty sturdy!!!itās super cute and looks really nice in my studio - makes it feel bigger actually.took about 5 hours to assemble but probably wouldāve been about 3 if we followed directions correctly. Needs 2 people to do it right!

It took my husband and I about 4 hours to assemble. Instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. Bed is very sturdy and a great space saver! Our 10 year old is so happy! Highly recommend!

My daughter loves her new setup. The loft bed with desk is sturdy and great for maximizing space. I love the multiple storage options. I also love the charging stations and LED lights that came with the bed. The only problem I had with the bed was assembling the tiny bars and getting them to stay in place. After 20 minutes of struggling, we figured out how to secure them in place. Overall Happy with the results.

Itās great for my college student. I am happy it holds 350 lbs. is a space saver for sure! It took us 3 hours and three of us working non stop to put it together and we had a power drill. Directions are easy to follow if you are a math or engineering type! If you love legos you will love building this.

This was a MONSTER! Assembly was horrible! The way it shows to assemble is confusing. It took us 5 hours to get this done. Unless you have the time.. Iād pay someone. The frame itself is ehh.. the lights donāt stay stuck, they fall. Itās not a bed that I would think would last a while.

Sturdy and looks good - but there are definitely issues. The assembly is a beast. My husband is a mover and used to taking apart and rebuilding furniture with ease - but this took us about 5.5 hours working together. So just be prepared.Also, the LED lights are useless. The adhesive didnāt last more than a couple minutes before falling off.Definitely good storage & seems like itāll be sturdy for my 11 year old.

Easy but timely set up. Took my wife and I a few hours. Some parts that were supposed to have holes to screws did not. Luckily I have a drill press and was able to remedy that. Very sturdy and solid.
