You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Arrived undamaged and packaged well. Box is definitely heavy. Overall assembly was pretty straight forward and all pieces nicely labeled. The painted finish is nice, and the frame is sturdy. Twin mattress fit nicely.

Flaws

Overall the bed looks nice. Some of the wood had some chips and scratches. One piece in particular cracked when I screwed into it. Luckily it’s covered by the fence part. As I couldn’t really leave the bed undone and wait for a replacement piece.

Customer service 5 stars, but the bed…

Before you order based on how adorable this looks AND it has a great ratings, please remember that you’re only paying $200 so please adjust your expectations. Wish I had.Several pieces arrived with cracks and chips in them, but no damage to the box. When I contacted the seller they sent replacement box that arrived within 2 days and told me I don’t even have to return the original box. During a busy holiday season this was such a blessing!If only the product was halfway as good as their customer service…The wood is so thin and flimsy, warped on the longest pieces. The coat of white paint that they used is such poor quality that the wood grain showing underneath doesn’t appear to be wood grain at first but rather it makes it look like the bed is stained, dirty. It really needs a better quality paint or at least primer, just looks so cheap.Between the original box of parts and the replacement box they sent, husband and I were picking and choosing parts and from 2 boxes put together one “decent” bed.We’re keeping the bed only because our 5 year old already saw it arrive and was extremely impatient when we will put it together for him.I compared 6” and 8” mattress for the bed, and the 6” looks much better in my opinion. 6” fits for the trundle perfectly, no issues going in or out of trundle.

Very cute

The trundle make some cracking noises the first time I got on it and I’m under the weight limit. I’m a bit nervous about that but I was able to sit with my daughter in the main bed and read to her with no issue. The wood doesn’t seem very strong and some pieces show cracks but I can see past that.

Parts stripped and dinted and warped wood.

The sturdiness I gave 2 stars because the top section that goes into wooden pegs can easily come off because wooden pegs brokeAnd just held by screws so it wobbles. Some of the bolts it came with stripped after a couple turns and am in able to tighten now. I absolutely love the bed but for the price and me not being able to tighten and if I can go buy new parts it is not worth that amount.

Sturdy bed, easy to assemble!

This bed is made from actual wood, no fiberboard! Very sturdy. I expected it to be a bit creaky, but even if I lay on it, its quiet. Assembly was relatively easy. Highly recommend to have two people to do it or some wood clamps at the very least.This was a great transition bed for my toddler from her toddler bed that was once a crib.Highly recommend!

Adorable Bed

This bed is adorable... it was a nightmare to put together though. In the end it was worth it, definitely for the price but get your self a glass of wine and some patience because you'll need both to put them together. I love the bed as did my daughter so overall we are happy with it. Instructions were a bit hard to follow and it comes in 2987349 pieces. Again you've been warned... but for an adorable trundle bed at this price, its worth it in my opinion. Myself, my husband, and my daughter have all been in the bed at the same time so I do have to say its quite sturdy which we are very happy with.
