xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

I bought this bed for my boys, one is autistic and really needs to exert all his extra energy and this slide really does the job! The boys love it and I'm absolutely jealous of their bed now! Slide is a bit steep but the kids arent complaining. It took this 100 lb woman about 5 hours to build this by myself. This bed set was the best value for your money all around for any bunk beds with slides attached. Fits a twin sized mattress perfectly on the top and bottom, I bought 6 inch mattresses as instructed via build instructions. This bed set looks amazing! Lots of building but very high quality. The stairs being storage is one of my favorite parts. All of the parts were there, no missing pieces or screws.

My kids LOVE the bed. Took about 5 hours to put together and the boards for the stairs were a little difficult to get the correct placement but overall very nice.

Small space was able to decide what side I wanted steps and slide on. Easy instructions. Only con slide is kinda steep.

Got this for Christmas for my 4 and 3 year old. Took about 2 hours and 15 minutes to put together, but a majority of that was by myself. Super simple instructions to follow. Sturdy. Hit a couple snags putting poles the correct way so holes lined up and the part that holds the mattresses was a completely pain but got it done! Was a bit worried about the height as we live in an older single wide worh 7 foot ceilings and a few other bunk beds we were considering stated measurements were off but there is plenty of space between the top bar and the ceiling. Kiddos absolutely love it!

You will definitely need an extra hand or two to put the bed together! I put it together with my boyfriend who thankfully is a great handyman but we did run into some obstacles! First, the bars that go in between the bed frames were annoying to put in because as you put one in, another two or three fell out of the socket it goes into. We managed to have a system for that at the end but it still was not fun! Also, make sure to put everything in its proper order or else you will have to remove a bunch of the bars all over again to put things back the right way which happened to us. Very frustrating! Overall though, we ended up loving the outcome and although the slide part didnāt fit in the room , that didnāt really matter! The slide wasnāt really necessary for us anyway. I would recommend buying it! Just be sure it fits in the room you are putting it in and again, make sure to have help and put things properly or youāll do unnecessary double work!!
