Paint not even some of the wood pieces are not very good quality. It does take awhile to put together have to look closely at the pictures.

Un diseño hermoso…. Las niñas encantadas con sus camas pero me faltaron piezas en la escalera para tapar los laterales de los cajones !! Y las tablas de base de la cama de arriba no vienen pintadas… así q la persona q está durmiendo debajo mira eso sin pintura!!

Está cama me encanta. Le compré está cama para el cuarto de mis Niños y me encanta, siento que ahorra espacio. Fue un poco complida a la hora de montar todas las piezas. Se requieren de 2 personas para hacerlo y bastante tiempo.

This bed is exactly what we wanted for our three granddaughters to use when they stay at our house. Everything came labeled properly, including the screws and assorted hardware. The directions were presented using only pictures and arrows, but they were clearly drawn and easy to follow.However, one of the reasons we purchased this bed is the fact that the stairs can go on the left side or the right side (as shown in the pictures on Amazon). Unfortunately, the directions only show constructing the bed with the stairs on the right. The only indication they can go on the left is a picture at the very end of the direction book.I can attest to the fact that they can go on the left, but you have to decipher which parts need to be switched to do it (basically every part on the ends have to switched around, but most importantly, the stair parts have to be rotated 90 degrees). The switch basically starts with the first step and needs to be completed multiple times throughout construction. I wish I had looked at the pictures on Amazon as I was putting it together, but alas, I didn't.Because of the extra time needed to figure out the configuration for the left side vs. the right side stairs, the whole project took approximately 6 - 7 hours to complete. As I said above, all of the parts were well labeled and the holes were drilled straight, with proper holes drilled to countersink the bolts (This is a huge indicator of which parts need to be rotated for left vs. right stair location).Bottomline, our granddaughters love it and are excited to sleep there, which is all that matters. I would have easily given it 5 stars if separate directions were included for the left or right side stair locations.

This took a long time to put together. The nuts and bolts and stuff are not organized very well. Took a few hours to get it all sorted out, but the instructions were easy to follow. It will take a while to put together.
