You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Attractive & well built bunkbeds….It took 2 of us a bit longer to assemble, but instructions were clear and parts well labeled.We ordered 2 sets and contacted the supplier when we realized 2 pieces were missing. They replied quickly & offered to send us the missing pieces at no charge.

This bunk bed is of such great quality. It is very simple to put together with a little patience and 2 people. Material is so sturdy. Very heavy gauge steel frame. All necessary tools needed are included. Looks great in white. Highly recommend.

We bought two queen size bunkbeds for our lake camp bunkhouse and are super impressed with their quality. Very solid and well made. Assembly takes two people about 2 hours per bunk bed but is very straight forward. We especially appreciate how well machined all the parts were. Everything aligned perfectly. All the screws seated easily without having to be forced. Overall we’re very happy with the value and quality of these bunks.One of our boxes did come ripped but none of the contents were damaged.

Si me gustó mucho si es resistente, aunque me faltaron varios tornillos, un poco cansado armarla pero lo logré en 3 horas con ayuda de mi hijo de 10 años y no fue necesario esperar a mi esposo, lo único malo es que para la cama de arriba compré un colchón muy griego de 12” y ya no quedó barandal ( anexo foto)

I was really nervous about buying it, I’ve been looking around for over a year for the right one and although it was rough at first to set it up we got through it quickly this bunk bed is for my two teens one is 220lbs and the other one is 140lbs and haven’t had any issues with it I definitely recommend this!!!

Love it! My granddaughter asked for a bunk bed for when they visit. I decided to get the queen size just in case I have my adult children spending the night. This bed was semi easy to put together. I did all but the last 2 parts by myself. The directions are easy to follow. I'm impressed at how sturdy the bed is. I do need to get a smaller mattress for the top but I highly recommend

Since I open the box I knew this FULL OVER FULL BUNK was gonna be amazing! not to heavy and easy to install just to follow the instructions… 3 days with the BED and I have ask my kids hows does the bed feels! And they love it! Super strong and very sturdy…. If something change I will comeback and change the status but as for now, my kids are sleeping perfect with 0 noise bunk bed!!Thank you for your business!Happy customer

So far so good. i would say the step process has to be revisited. I was not impressed with how many dents and scratches some pieces came with. For the price it should come in perfect condition.

We were missing 1 bar and after contacting support team they mailed us the missing part. Bed is overall sturdy. My husband had no issues building it. Queen/twin Xl

It was fairly straightforward to put together. I used my mini impact with a 5mm Allen bit to assemble with no issues. All parts were clearly labeled and it's pretty sturdy when fully assembled. Top is nice to use for storage.

I like it. Far sturdier and more stable than I expected. Everything is steel. So I use magnets on it for everthing, and top bunk as storage. It will take two people to assemble. If you're going to use a foam mattress, put some wood planks or plywood under it for better support.

Purchased the queen over queen and am completely satisfied. Bed is very well made, sturdy and quiet. Took two of us a couple of hours to assemble and I recommend that you do have assistance. Bed has a quality finish and wife likes the style.
