xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was replacing a bed that was wobbly and caving in and searched high and low. It was pretty easy to put together minus the sides that support the steps, that is where we got hung up. Overall, this so far (for a week) has been great. It’s sturdy and the drawers are flip open, not pull open which is a misconception on my end, but if anyone is wondering. They are super deep though!

Love the bed. The quality is good and it's pretty sturdy. I put it together myself. I forget exactly how long it took, but I did it in parts, over two days. Probably not for the faint of heart. There were lots of pieces! I like the steps for younger kids rather than a ladder.

Fairly easy to put together. It’s great that the rails go all the way around and the stairs are at the foot of the bed, so you don’t have to worry about your toddler falling off.

This was a great purchase and we brought this one for our daughter after buying one for our son. We had a couple pieces with small issues and the company took care of fixing the issues promptly.

Bought this for my grandbabies and have slept on it a few times with them. Easy to put together. Well, the steps were confusing and I had to redo them. Even after putting the beds together and tightening up everything, it still is good. I do plan on buying another with the desk area under the bed next time.
