Be prepared to spend all day building this bed!!! I must say the time it took was totally worth it. It’s opened up my floor space completely. It’s a great height for my low ceiling. It’s sturdy and looks very sleek. The frame arrived way ahead of time.

Bought this for my 9 year old and he loves it.It's definitely the hardest piece of furniture I've ever assembled because of the number of parts, BUT it's extremely well made and the pieces fit perfectly if you do it correctly. Twice we had a bar turned the wrong way and struggled to tighten the screws. But once we fix the mistake, it went together easily.You need 2 people to assemble. Don't try it by yourself.

My sponsor to be 13 year old loves her loft bed. It's easy to put together and is good quality! All parts were accounted for and both boxes showed up on the same day. Customer support is top notch too. We contacted them because we couldn't find the assembly instructions and they emailed a PDF after we found the envelope with the instructions tucked between shelves lol. It doesn't squeak or make noise, and looks great for my girls bedroom. It is very sturdy and stable, I'm not worried about it coming apart and it doesn't wobble or shake at all even on the top bunk. 10/10 I'd buy another for my other kids! My girl loves that she has a large l-shaped desk to woek on school work, use her school laptop, and do crafts. The shelves are great, and while it is small, the spot to hang clothes or jackets works perfectly. Her favorite part is that it doesn't have a ladder. She stopped using her old bunk bed because she hated the climbing the ladder particularly ti get out the bed. The shelves doubling as stairs are perfect for her! I like that its reversible so if we move it around we can switch the stairs to the other side if needed. Worth the price!!!

Heavy! Came in 2 boxes - had to cary upstairs by the piece. Seems well-built. Not at all wobbly for a bolt together metal bed. No issues with missing or damaged parts - everything was well packed so hope for no issues with whoever delivers it. Decent quality for the price - a step up from Ikea. It took me most of a day to assemble by myself. Instructions are ok but pay attention to how some of the parts are oriented - it's easy to put them in backwards and have to re-do. One tip for putting together the step portion: do not fully tighten the pieces until after the steps/cubbies are put in. Otherwise it can be over-tightened and those parts won't fit. i'd suggest about 1/4 or 1/8 inch of play - then once the steps are in, tighten down. also would suggest orienting the treads with the counter-sunk holes facing up. Actually had a similar issue with getting other parts to fit - don't over tighten until the whole section is assembled - then go around and snug all your bolts. I used a bit in my driver to make it go faster than the little L wrenches. Same thing when assembling the shelf. If the wood inserts don't fit after putting it together, loosen everything, install the wood, then re-tighten (or you could put the wood inserts in from the very start instead of later as the instructions say). Overall a good looking bed - perfect for my growing teen who wants some extra floor space in his room. Not a lot of wobble either - which was the one thing I was worried about.

Sturdy bed with secure steps and good storage!

good quality. Downfall- look two people who put things together often, two evenings to accomplish completion. The tools that were sent along with the metal poles DID NOT fit. Good thing we have our own tools that would work. The light for the desk area would not stay on the adhesive strip. We again used our own materials. Also, we has a normal full mattress. It went to the top of the railings, so if you have a child that moves around a lot in their sleep, please use caution.

My son and I put this bed together almost on our own. We only needed help from dad when it came time to lift the bed frame and attach it to the stairs. It took us a few hours. The instructions weren't clear about which direction parts needed to be placed, so many times we had to unscrew the part and turn it around, but we had determined to work slowly and not let this get us frustrated. My son loves his new bed! The only bad part was the LED lights. They were really cool for about a week, but then they fell down due to the tape failing and the colors stopped changing. We didn't select the bed for the lights, so this is just a bummer and not a deal breaker. It does require a very low mattress to ensure the side bars work well.

These went together easily and we’ve added a clothes rod opposite the desk so the girls have more storage. Really like the steps because they’ll hate that ladder really soon.

Perfect for my teenage son! Be sure to get a mattress 8” or under. Easy to assemble. I’m able to maximize the space in his room.

Build quality was great and we haven’t had any noise complaints from it being used. The weight wasn’t an issue. Was able to move after it was assembled. The ease of assembly was good up until the mattress support beams were needed. Storage space under is great for computer setups. Value for the money I would say it’s worth it.

Quality could be better but does the job overall.

Very nice loft bed, my son loves it, the full size bed gives him plenty of room to sleep, with the built in desk and storage shelves under the bed it's perfect for studying and storing various items. All parts are numbered and the instructions are clear, it's sturdy when assembled and worth the money!

This bed is perfect!!! It did take two people to set up but besides that we got it done in a few hours. It's super sturdy and the kid loves it!

Easy to put together. Does take some time. I did it in about 5 hours. Need extra hands once. Very nice bed though. Love the shelves.

Got this for my son, he loves it. Took my husband and I roughly 3 hours to put the bed together, it was pretty easy.Giving 4 stars tho because when my son was coming down the stairs of the bed it does seem a little wobbly but doesn’t seem to bed.

Arrived in 2 large boxes, instructions were spotty at times but we figured it out. Seems solid enough.

Assembly was as expected with lots of parts and pieces, but of the two different frames we bought for the girls room, this one felt like a mistake. We wanted this one for the stairs because it is for our 3yr old. But the spacing between the steps is so high that even adults feel like they are climbing not stepping. So we had to add some modifications. The caps for the corner posts don’t stay at all. Overall it functions but needs improvement

This is a great raised bed, love the sturdiness, the stairs on the side, the useable space underneath.6year old grandson is thrilled!

My handyman specifically asked that I be sure to leave a good review! All the holes were pre drilled and lined up correctly! This bed went together just as planned. All parts were packaged and labeled well. Delivered almost a week sooner than expected. I am satisfied and recommend this product. I ordered another bed from a different seller and had a terrible expierience.

I actually do not have all the bed parts, only one box was delivered but I can see the quality of the product and I can tell it will be fairly easy to assemble once I get all the parts. It appears to be pretty sturdy, too, just from the parts I have. However, I give this company five stars for their customer service. Their representative, Stephanie, has gone above an beyond to solve a shipping problem; they refunded my shipping charges and promised a full refund for the bed if I didn't receive the 2nd box. Somehow, they got a poor rating from me because of my initial inquiry. I have not been able to find their order to remove third party ratings, so I'm hoping people who see this will know this is a company that backs their products.
