xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Pretty sure that I love this bed! Best part is the corners are rounded and the legs are deep! No stubbing the toes on this one! It also fits the mattress as it should!I purchased a different one previously and it was way too wide for the mattress and the legs were all on the edges so foot injuries were inevitable. This frame solved all of that! The middle legs are perfect as well as they have swiveling foot anchors in them to balance any gaps in the flooring. I’ve read a lot of reviews where the frames middle legs were too short.This frame has a slight odor that, I’m sure, will dissipate, but it is there.It was straight forward as far as assembly. I was 95% done with it and only had to screw on the slats, when I turned around and ended up falling on top of the darn thing, so I have personal experience with the sturdiness of the bed frame. It beat me up but, by golly nothing on it broke! I, on the other hand have a few nice scrapes and bruises but it will all be good when I crawl into it tonight! It’s an awesome frame! I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this!!!

Very nice bed, easy to put together and looks neat! The bed is stable and sturdy. I ordered it for a queen sized mattress which easily fit in.

Arrived earlier than initially expected. Nice quality. Just what I was looking for. Would recommend.

Ordered the Grey, received the white. Customer service was very quick to respond and correct the issue.Putting this together was a bit confusing, as the instructions are just 5 sets of pictures. Easy enough to figure out, but took a little while to decipher the images.Will require a box spring to support the matress, as the slats that hold it do not seem sturdy enough to support the matress alone.Over all, it looks good once assembled.
