You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

I would give this 5 stars but one of the boards didn't come with the hexagon insert to fit the screws needed. it was bald inside so I'll have to buy them separate and hopefully get that part assembled. It's the bottom piece to the drawer in front so luckily everything else i was able to put together. Everything else fit exactly as the instructions said. There's no written instructions, just pictures but if you follow what they show closely, you shouldn't have any issues.That said it will take you a while to build by yourself it took me about 6-7 hours (also because I was VERY confused about that one board not fitting the screws).The final-ish product I ended up with is very nice! the drawer sits flush, the bed itself is incredibly sturdy and heavy. There is no wobbling. Once I get those inserts and am able to install the last piece it will be perfect.I did buy a 6 inch matress to fit and maybe im just not doing it right but it doesn't close with it in so that's unfortunate.

I put this bed together on my own. It took me most of my day (5hrs). The instructions were right on the money. Not confusing at all. It is perfect for my office/guest room! Very good quality and the price was right

I'm happy with the look and functionality. Does take a longer time to assemble then advertised.

It looks scary when you open the boxes but it wasn’t hard to assemble. I’m one person and did in about 6 hours. Every part and screw lined up to every machine hole. Only tool you need is a Philips screwdriver. It’s a solid piece and I’m very happy when I was finished. I’m going to get a 6” mattress but it might take a 7” if you can find one. 8” will not fit in the fold up area, as that’s a 21” area. Be patient and assemble, I did!!!

This is made of particle board and is very heavy.It is off gassing formaldehyde.The instructions are easy and clear to follow.It is an attractive piece of furniture.

It’s not too hard to put together did it by myself and it took maybe 5 or 6 hours. Looks good. However the bottom drawer is hard to take out. I think the issue is that it is on carpet but other than that it is nice.

Took several hours to assemble due to so many parts but worth the effort. Looks great when not being used as a bed and is comfortable for extra guests to sleep on. We ordered the 6” Memory Foam mattress.

The quality is better than I expected. Definitely worth every penny. I love the finished look you would never guess it was a queen size bed.

Would have given it 5 stars but it doesn't come with a mattress. Also a ton of pieces to assemble. I will say its pretty good. First time I ever had to assemble a piece of furniture where all the pieces line up perfectly. Over its a good addition to our guest room. The space it saves is great.

It is a very nice bed. It did take some time to put it all together. It was shipped in two boxes that came on different days about 5 days apart.
