xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Overall my son loves the bed. It took a while to put together but it came out really nice and his room looks really good

My 8 year old daughter loves her new loft bed! It's sturdy, and I know it'll last her a while. It took about 3 hours to put together ( 2 people), and the instructions were pretty easy to follow. I love that it has two drawers and shelves! It even has a rod to hang things if you like.My only negatives are that one- the ladder is hard on the feet, and the shelve steps are slippery. I bought step pads for the bar steps. Second, I wish it came with a peg board kit for the peg board, and hooks for the rod. Lastly, be sure that your mattress isn't too tall! Luckily, we had a thinner mattress, otherwise she would have been able to roll right off the mattress! I still used her bed bumpers to keep her from sleeping near the edge.Great product, though!

Got the queen size. The frame isn't much larger than the mattress tho our mattress is a bit taller than most. The boxes are heavy. If you have stairs plan on getting a little help to move them. Took about 4 hours or so for one person to put together with breaks. Very sturdy. The stairs are squared metal so if you have tender hands or feet it might not feel the greatest. Overall really happy with this purchase.

Appears to be a pretty solid bed for my 13yob. Instructions were simple to follow and all parts were labeled. A piece of the framework arrived damaged in the box. When I contacted the manufacturer, they sent a replacement without issue. It looks good and my son likes it.

The assembly took 3 hrs. The frame is sturdy after everything was put in place. There were some damages to the wood and frame. When I contacted the seller, they sent out replacement parts within a week.

Easy to build but takes a long time. Make sure to budget a few hours start to finish. Very solidly built and great for space saving. We looked for this on other sites and it is cheapest here.

We bought this bed for our daughter which she does love it. Downer is the ladder is very very narrow and is at a 90 angle so its very pain to climb the ladder. Also it does take some time and tons of patience to put together

Perfect size not to short so kids can play inder them, and not to tall, sturdy, easy to build, great price, I bought 2 and both my kids love them.
