xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We adore this. It only took about 45 minutes to put together with the longest part being moving our toddler around. It was easy to put together. Our 3 foot tall 18 month old cant climb out of it, but we do have his crib mattress in their instead of a twin. I only have this at 4 stars because it is a tad unstable, and we have an aggressive shaker of a toddler.

Very easy to assemble and fits a full mattress perfectly. We are using a firm 6in mattress. I like how tall the rails are for my son, it seems sturdy. The color of the wood is nice.

We’ve had our floor bed for a month now and we couldn't be happier with it! It is high quality, a great size (we got the size full), and our little one is so comfortable! I got a size 6 in mattress so he would have some height around him with the railing. It was relatively easy to set up & the instructions were clear.Wish we got it sooner, it’s improved the quality of our little one’s sleep!

4 stars cause it could be a bit sturdier but we love it! My 14 month old sleeps great. I baby proofed his entire room incase he were to climb out. I got the mattress that is recommended with it. I recommend this!

Absolutely love this item. We got the Full Size in Grey and switched from a crib to a floor bed! We used a regular 8 inch mattress and he still has SO much room with the railing! It’s super sturdy and easy to put together! There’s gaps in size from the mattress with the railing/gate which is super nice! 10/10 recommend.

Great option for a toddler transitioning out of a crib. There are no floor slats to keep the bed off the ground, and there is some wiggle to the sides after installation which makes the original door lock not functional. They do provide a second lock option to install if you prefer. Overall, looks great and easy to fit in rooms with sloped ceilings.

THIS BED HAS NO BOTTOM. It is essentially a fence that goes around the mattress on the floor. That is the main reason for the three stars. My daughter loves it though and it was the perfect transition bed for crib to big girl bed.

Easy to put together and looks nice. I got a full mattress and there was still a little room on the sides so have to get pool noodles so nothing falls in the crack. The mattress does sit directly on the floor there are no slats.

We love this to help keep our daughter safe at night. The side with the door is a bit loose when the door isn’t latched shut. The size is perfect for a twin bed! It was easy to assemble as well

It was just what I was expecting. Easy to assemble. It is low to the ground which is what i needed for my grandkid. She can easily get on and off it without getting hurt. I would purchase it again. Delivery was quick.
