Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Safe, sturdy, space saver

Originally, I was hesitant to make the purchase because there were no reviews. But now, it turns out that choosing this one was the right! This bed suits my son's active nature and is sturdy. The point that I'm most satisfied with is that his toys and other items can also be stored under the bed. Love this Bed! Recommend it!

Great!

My daughter loves this bed. It’s slightly wobbly (when she demands I sleep with her) when I get in but noting worrisome. My only complaint is the lip at the bottom of the slide that the slide board connects to. Maybe if it was a better transition it would be 5 stars. My daughter complained a little at first but has gotten over it and enjoys the fun of having a slide inside. Overall good product.

For the most part great bed and the perfect hight for a 6yr old. My only issue is one of the ladder steps split. I wish it was a little sturdier but it will still work for the next couple years until she decides to upgrade again.

Good option

We’ve had this a couple months now, and for the price- I’d call it a good option. The assemble was easy enough (except the slide!!! I’ve built so much furniture in my life, but this slide somehow confused the **** out of me… the bed itself was pretty straightforward).It’s cute, and seems sturdy enough, but even after tightening everything multiple times it does creak when my (30 lb) daughter climbs in and out. I (way more than 30 lbs) have gone up the stairs and it was stable/sturdy… just creaky.My daughter loves it!

Great Loft Bed

A great buy for the price! Upon reading reviews I was a bit skeptical of the quality of the product. Upon initial ordering, the delivery time was delayed and I was left anticipating its arrival. I received it nearly a week before said delivery date, so I would say, due to the size of the item, it was packaged, shipped, and delivered, in a timely manner. It arrived with all of its parts and an instruction manual. Everything aligned and fit properly as well. For me, I could have used a little more instruction in addition to the pictured directions it already contained. I couldn’t figure out the slide but when my husband came home, he put it right together. For the most part, it was easy to assemble once I grasped an understanding of how everything was supposed to work. I purchased for my 4 year old daughter and she loves it. It’s not too high, looks exactly like the picture, very good quality, and is sturdy enough for her and I to both lay on the top bunk. Great product overall and would recommend!

Amazing product BUT!

I loved putting this bed together for my daughter it was easy and fun. Only problem is that the wood panels wasn’t long enough and some are starting to fall and can be a bit unsafe for my baby.

It took me about all day to put together and I actually wore out the little tool needed to put most of the parts together, BUT my son loves it and so do I. It's pretty sturdy except the railing side of the steps. 2 of the screws do not have a hole to go into the next piece even though it says it does. Other than that? Well worth getting!
