xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

set my daughters room up yesterday and she absolutely loves this bed , it’s very sturdy , plenty of storage! only thing we have to do is size up the thickness of my daughters memory foam mattress but i highly recommend this bed. you can do so many cute ideas with it 😊

This took about 2 hours to put together and Instructions were easy to follow. All in all it was a good price and it seems pretty sturdy. We just put it together today so we will see the durability.

We bought this twin bed for my daughter as she upgraded from her crib to a "big kid" bed. This bed is adorable. There are a few spaces where the paint isn't great, but we were either able to position the pieces in spots where it can't be seen or I decorated with star lights so they aren't noticed. My daughter likes to put books and stuffed animals in her display rack on the bed and I love the drawers for her additional bedding as storage. Great bed and a wonderful purchase.

Well constructed and easy to put together. Our granddaughters share a room and this magical bed makes going to bed even more fun. The book nooks and rope to hold them in is a perfect addition. The bed transforms into something special by adding a lighted netting that falls over like a canopy.

The bed is a cute design and looks great in the room but the drawers are not on tracks. They sit on the floor, making them hard for a kid to use.

It’s super cute. My kid loves sleeping in it and has shelves for all her treasures. The only downside is the trundle. The wood slates connecting the two large sides seems kind of flimsy and it falls out easy. I totally see me breaking it so I’m probably going to need to replace it.

Seriously nice toddler/child bed! Easy to assemble. Thorough directions included. No tools needed aside from a screw driver. 1 person assembly took 2.5 hours. Super heavy and sturdy toddler bed. Works great for storage of toys and bedding. Well worth the price!

Great bed for a little one. Five stars for the customer service team. We moved several months after purchasing the bed. The moving company disassembled the bed and lost the hardware. I contacted the seller and they sent replacement hardware free of charge. So glad we didn’t have to replace the bed!

I searched for months trying to find a bed for my girls. It was lengthy to put together myself but it is so worth it! Feels sturdy and looks great! Had to drill one hole but it wasn't a big deal to me!

We needed to size up to a twin bed for my daughter and I picked this because it looks fun and has the features like the shelves and drawers underneath. It came together so well! It took me about 3 hours total to put the whole thing together. I used just a screwdriver and the wrench included for about 90% of the project. The slates for the mattress are full wood that I are screwed into place. I was very happy with that because we have had bad experience with other beds where the slates are one piece and don’t stay put. The drawers were very annoying to do and I don’t believe they are the best quality because the bottom is a thin flexible cardboard. We will have to see if they last. If you want really nice under the bed drawers I would not recommend this bed. I cannot wait to surprise my daughter today with her new bed and I really think it’s going to last years!

It has everything what kid needs. Custom roof design ideas, side toy book shelf, storage drawers and more fun... worth the labor to put this together. Strong and sturdy. Kids love it.

The full size bed came with a lot of little pieces which took 2 people about 1 1/2 hours to put together. Some of the screws did not align and the holes had to actually be made to get the nails to line up correctly. The side board back piece came with a crack but we flipped it around and you cannot see it anymore. The under bed storage drawers come with only one stopper per side so one side of the drawer can be pushed all the way under the bed so I used both of the stoppers that it came with in one drawer and cut wood that I had in the house to make my own stopper for the second drawer. The overall appearance is absolutely beautiful and is definitely worth buying
