xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping

Assembly instructions are not very clear and rather confusing. Extremely tedious. I'd advise getting multiple people to help, separate all parts and label each stack with the corresponding alphabet. That'll help move things along. Last tip, get an Allen key bit for a drill, you'll save so much time. My child loved his bed!

The beds are solid, but HARD to put together— the directions are just photos with numbers. There were also several damaged pieces BUT they have fantastic customer service that responds quickly. If not for the customer service I probably would have rated a 2/3

As another reviewer mentioned, there are some pieces that the label must’ve slipped off of, it was a bit of a puzzle to put together but we did it.We received a flawed piece and contacted seller. Seller had great communication and resolved the issue for us.We purchased for our 10yr old daughter but be aware, I am 5’1 and have about one inch of head clearance when sitting in desk chair under the bed. I don’t think this loft bed is intended for tall people.

This bed was hard to put together. So.e of the wood didn't line up. Needed to redo the pieces to get them to fit. Once together it looked beautiful

Only qualms with this bed is building this took 3 days with help from four people, the screws weren’t labeled and I have minor bowing in the drawer area so the top and bottom drawer have issues opening and closing. It is very sturdy, the wood is thick and doesn’t move once put together. I’ve had two friends over 200 pounds sit in it together to hang out, and I was able to fit my winter and summer clothes in the closet space. It does really look great and is really comfortable to sleep in. Definitely worth the effort to put it together.

My 8 year old absolutely LOVES this bed! The quality is amazing! We surprised her with it and she couldn’t have been happier! Absolutely worth the money. Easy to assemble. It’s not super bulky and quality is amazing! 10/10!

My husband and I purchased this loft bed for our teenage daughter who was looking to decorate her room in a "Boho" theme.Not only is this a full-size bed, but the desk area, bookshelf and drawers that are included into the framework of the design are incredible!She loves it; we love it; it's beautiful; useful, and durable... making it a perfect investment!We are getting good value for our money!It took both her and her father about an hour to assemble... it came with great instructions, tools (alley wrenches) and extra parts... we were pleasantly surprised at the quality and the ease of assembly.Thumbs up to Meritline!

This bed is soo nice and my 7yr old daughter loves her new bed and happy she has a desk now! You need 2 or more people to put it up in 2 hours or less. If it's jut 1 person, it'll take you a 6-8 hours to get it done.

I wanted something that would allow me to have enough space in my room to have a bed and desk to do my college work and found this bed. It fit my full size bed and looks wonderful in my room. It really fits for all ages! I love the way that it has drawers for extra storage and is sturdy! It did take a while to build it all as it was a long process to read each instruction step by step and definitely had a few trail and errors but it was worth it!

Looks terrific saves a bunch of space! It doesn’t seem cheaply made. It did take a couple of hours to put together and was missing one part, but the customer service was outstanding and has the part I need being shipped. Neither me or my daughter have anything bad to say about it!
