You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

My son loves his new bed! He feels like a big boy and loves to go in and out of the opening. We left the door off because it didn’t fit in our space. The color is perfect and the price is decent.

First bed we received came damaged (side railing completely cracked/splintered) which is why we’re doing a 4 star rating. Second bed came perfectly fine. We have a 5 inch mattress inside and there’s a little gap on one end (attached photo) and the gate is super snug when opening and closing against the mattress. Edging is a little sharp and not as smooth as our crib so hoping this isn’t an issue for our toddler. Overall it seems to be a decent bed.For assembly, with 2 people we quickly got it done in 20ish minutes.

Umm, don’t really see a point of having a door on the gate when my son can just climb over the gate. He just loves opening and closing the door. Otherwise, we have nothing to really complain about. Love the color.. it’s pretty sturdy- a little wobbly, but doesn’t really seem like my 2yr old can break it. He sleeps great and we’ve even laid in the bed with him, and it holds us big adults up. My husband put it together pretty well- it didn’t take him long. My son loves his bed and that’s all that matters!

Our 19 month old kept getting out of crib, even with sleep sack on and it was time to move to big boy bed! Love this bedframe, so our little one doesn't fall out. We did keep door off because it would be distraction but overall we love it!!!

Very easy to put together and solid construction. My toddler loves sleeping in it and it made the transition from the crib to a big bed so easy.

This bed does the job. Overall, it looks nice but not what we expected for a few reasons:1) The color tone is kinda yellowish. It doesn't look like natural wood finish as stated in the description or as shown in the product images.2) While putting it together, we noticed that one of the screws was damaged (photo attached).3) We ordered the twin size but it is definitely bigger than a twin size mattres. It leaves a 3-4 inch gap all around which is dangerous for little kids. My toddler tried to put her foot there the other day and got stuck. We had a toddler crying for a while because of this.

Amazing! Really great material! I was worried about some of the reviews that stated holes didn’t line up, but I had no issues!! The paint is perfect white. And it only took an hour to put together on my own!

I purchased this bed for my 3 year old daughter because she is very small and I worried about her falling out of a regular sized bed. This bed sits on the floor and has a railing that runs all the way around it so she can’t fall out. The quality of the bed is very good. It was easy to assemble and it is sturdy. The bed frame fits a twin mattress perfectly. The bed is exactly as pictured and matches the description. I ordered the white bed frame and the color is exactly as shown. The bed is very comfortable with an added mattress. The bed frame is functional and a good value for the money. I would definitely recommend this product. My daughter absolutely LOVES her “big girl bed”.

The wooden slats that support the mattress and barely enough. We could use 4 more. A trip to the lumber store can do the trick.The corner where the toddler would go in and out of the bed is sharp, so we wrapped a blanket around it. Perhaps rounding that would be helpful.Besides these two things, it was easy to put together and does the trick :)

Could have been better, the support is a little weak, I had to buy a wood board from Lowes to put it underneath for more support.
