xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Daría 5 estrellas si la madera de los alrededores de la cama alta estuviera más resistente,tambien algunas piezas llegaron dañadas ! Durarás horas para armarla y también faltaron algunos tornillos de letra E que son los principales !! Es muy bonita y elegante además su llegada fue rápido !

Beautiful bed. Quality and it looks just like the picture shown. But.. comes in two big boxes. So, if you dont like puzzle or dont have patience dont buy!! It took my husband and I atleast 3hrs put it together. He actually quit on me at the end!

The instructions were easy to follow. It took my daughter and I all day to put it together, but mostly because I'm disabled and pretty much just read the instructions while she built it by herself! We got her this bed so she could have her group of 6 or so friends stay the night. I was worried it wouldn't be sturdy enough for 6-7 teenagers, but it definitely is! Added bonus...now she has her own desk and is able to do her homework in her room without the distractions she had doing homework at the kitchen table.

It’s a good bed and my kids love it. This bed takes A LOT of time to put together, and it may be worth paying to have someone do it. I would also suggest a mattress on the thinner side, because with our mattresses, we will need to add rails. However, I give this 5 stars for the customer service—my order was mixed up with someone who was displeased and they called me to try to help with the issue I wasn’t having. I was very impressed by this level of care from the company. Bed on its own is 4 - 4.5 stars due to things described. Worth the buy.

Just got this bed about 2 month ago. The boys love it. It’s looked great and fits just right. It did however take a min to assemble but to be expected when you think about it you making three beds and a desk all in one. But for it being Amazon the quality is great on it and it’s safe for the boys going up and down on the ladder. It was worth the money to me.

Came in two separate boxes. Theres many, many pieces. It's best to stay organized.Luckily we had a drill that made it a lot easier to assemble. My partner needed an extra hand in some areas but the finish product is well worth it.Be careful of splitting the wood
