Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

This litter box enclosure is amazing. I put an automated crystal litter box inside and it fits perfectly. I also added a silicone mat, and together they’ve completely eliminated litter tracking in my house! And it keeps my puppy from getting into the cat poop, which is a huge win.I ended up painting the wood to match my home, and it looks fantastic. I also installed the LED lights and set them on a sunset/sunrise timer, which is a really nice touch. My ragdoll cats use both entry holes with no issues and clearly love it.Only minor critique: it arrived with some fiberglass dust, so definitely wipe everything down before assembly. A bit tedious, but totally worth it. Overall, super happy with this purchase and highly recommend.

I have a rather bulky litter box and it works great. But it was hard to find a litter box enclosure that would fit it length and width wise. This purchase was well worth it, even if the shipping costs were high. My husband put it together, time consuming but that’s alright. Highly recommend for anyone with a PetSafe ScoopFree Crystal Pro.

I was a bit skeptical ordering this due to the lack of reviews but it exceeded my expectations! it wasn’t too hard to build, i did it all myself in a few hours. the LED lights really add to the ambiance of the furniture, even though it is a litter box i feel as if it still looks aesthetically pleasing. plus my cats love it and they don’t track litter outside of the box anymore. it holds two litter boxes so it serves for both of my cats.

My new kitten loves his condo. I leave the doors open during the day so that he can eat, nap, and play freely. At night I put him to bed, turn off the light, close the doors and he goes to sleep!
