xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Itās a higher-quality piece of furniture than I expected. It wasnāt too difficult to assemble, and once itās fully put together, it makes the room look much brighter and more inviting.

This took quite a while to assemble. The instructions are not the best, and you will definitely need an electric screwdriver. It looks nice. if you have a 12-inch mattress you cannot see the beveled part of the headboard. It looks good.

We purchased this for my daughters room. Sheās thirteen, and she and my husband were able to assemble it together without issues. (There were a couple or extra screws that caused some panicā¦ but they didnāt miss a step. There are just extra.) The bed is really sturdy and looks very nice, great quality for the price.

Instructions were well done - we only messed up in one area and had to back track (no panicking). Watch your U-shaped pieces folks! The bed is beautiful, sturdy and exactly what we needed for our new king mattress.

Looks exactly like the picture in the description! Quality is actually really good, would recommend! Took about an hour with 2 of us to get it all put together, but building things can never go correct with us so we had to turn some pieces around so it added a little extra time.

This was a royal pain to assemble. We are older folk and my husband is not a handy man or tool guy. Thankfully, I have some concrete knowledge of DIY projects and a basic concept of hand tools. It still took us several hours to complete. Thank God none of the pieces or hardware were missing! The kit was complete
